Great service! Tasting menu is worth trying, also great cocktails. Oyster selection is a must, probably the best sea bass I have ever had. Plus not to mention the great view.

Fantastic views as you ascend into a cozy nest above the SkyGarden, yes please. Fenchurch Seafood Bar & Grill was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We arrived and enjoyed a well made cocktail from the bar. Anyone who appreciates a good cocktail understands how challenging that can be in London sometimes.(they’re getting better) With our vesper martini and manhattans in hand we continued onto a lovely meal that began with oysters and champagne. My main was the Dover Sole and it was lovely and my partner enjoyed the trout. Alas, I cannot wait to return to try the truffle mac and cheese. It came highly recommended but we’d already ordered quite a bit to enjoy. Overall this place is really good, the service is wonderful and the setting is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a cheap meal, honey this isn’t the place.(I can’t imagine why one would even expect such however it seems to always surface in reviews) If you’re looking for a bargain in the sky try EasyJet. So with that being said, it’s wonderful and if you’re looking to experience a nice seafood(they have other items too) with sky views, a garden and a lively atmosphere then y’all have found the right place. This American Southerner in London doesn’t mind paying a little extra for a great experience and that’s what you’ll get when you come here.

Pros — Service, Ambiance, Taste Cons — Price You get what you pay for at Fenchurch and I’m glad I paid. The restaurant is located on the 37th floor(top floor) of a buildling, overlooking a lounge /dance club and all of London. It’s quite a view. This is the kind of restaurant that is going to serve you an amuse-bouche and it’s going to be a puzzle between you and your companion to figure out what it is that you’re eating. A pleasing puzzle. I could return to Fenchurch and happily go for the tasting menu, which appears reasonably priced.

Disclaimer: This is a high end restaurant, no other tourists in the establishment for lunch. We did not know this. It was a hot day, and our concierge told me I was appropriately dressed in nice shorts and a collared shirt. He was wrong. Everyone was dressed for business and I was underdressed. However, because they charge for canceling reservations, we were seated for an early lunch while traffic was light. Regrettably, we feel like we were hidden at a corner table and received poor service because I was not properly dressed. Our experience began well, but we left disappointed because our food order was significantly delayed and we were virtually ignored by the servers. We waited an hour between the oyster appetizer and the main course. The servers continued to walk by our table but did not appear to notice our lengthy wait until I brought it to their attention. Other guests came in after us and left before our main course was served. It was inexcusable and no good explanation or compensation was provided. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a dozen oysters… they were excellent. The pork main course was also very good. Tiny portions at a high price, so just be aware. They were generous when it came to pouring my gin and tonic, and it was reasonably priced. They also prepared a special fruity cocktail for my wife — very nice. Of course, the view was breathtaking and we enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. Read the first paragraph of my review carefully, dress properly, and include Fenchurch on your itinerary when you are in London. Another note: We did not originally plan to dine at Fenchurch, however, we were unable to secure a reservation to Sky Garden, so we booked the reservation to enable us to take in this special attraction. An idea in the event you are able to obtain a reservation to Sky Garden…

Went here with a friend and had a lovely time. You definitely do need to book in advance. I booked 2 weeks before and only managed to get a table on a Monday evening. There was a massive queue to get up the sky garden. Luckily because we had a reservation we managed to skip this and were ushered through security. Note, this is like an airport! You have to put bags through an x Ray and go through a body scanner. So leave a bit of time for this prior to your reservation. They haven’t made the most of the area outside of the restaurant; it’s a bit like an airport waiting lounge. Inside the restaurant however has great décor. I would advise to ask for a table by the window facing St Paul’s. Not every table in the restaurant has a good view as the restaurant is elevated up away from the main structure/windows of the building. In terms of dress code, definitely shirts for a man and smart casual for women. Waitress was really attentive. Only slight criticism is I asked for a teaspoon with my dessert which she kindly arranged for me, but two other waiters then came and tried to take the spoon away from me because it was against their cutlery regulation and they thought a mistake had been made! Made me feel a bit silly! The food was absolutely terrific. We had oysters and Dover sole and prawns with a side of truffle Mac and cheese which was absolutely delicious! There is a private room that seats around 15 people. There is a bar inside the restaurant for before/after dinner and is ideal if you just want a drink: great date spot! Otherwise you can walk downstairs to the main sky garden bar for a drink there: the views here are EPIC!

The Sea Food bar & grill is located at the top of the 2 floor building inside the atrium of the Sky Garden Ambiance: — more upscale than the brasserie, you definitely want to be on your smart side rather than casual side. They don’t have a dress-code but I would recommend shirt for guys as a min, no t-shirt. Layout: Well here it gets tricky. The view is less striking on that level than the level bellow where you have the brasserie and there is why: 1. At the front of the restaurant, they have a terrace which doesn’t give you that great sensation of space. I give you that, once they open it, it will be a great space for an outdoor/indoor experience. 2. The shape of the roof and the tinted roof windows. The roof has a curve shape going toward the front of the building which mean that your view is obstructed by the tinted windows and shape of the structure. TIP: you wants some view, ask to be sit on the left side of the restaurant(by the private dinning room), you will get great views of St-Paul. Private Dinning space: The only private dinning space available at the sky Garden(unless you want to get that black AMEX out and rent the downstairs bar or back area). They say it can sit 16 people, well, let’s face it, it would be a cozy dinner for 16. I would count on 14 Max to have some room around you. It’s a great space with view of the city at the back and St Paul on the left. Bar: Great bar where you have a seafood buffet, great for a date or with a friend if you don’t want the fuss of table service Food: As the name suggest, if you don’t like seafood or meat, you might want to rethink your choice. I had the Château Brilliant for 2 and it was delicious. Meat was tender, cooked as requested. Wine: As expected, fantastic selection of bottles Price: You looking at 30 – 45 for main in general Service: Attentive yet discreet, our waiter knew the menu and was able to guide you through it. Definitely more a biz or special occasion restaurant for me. I will go back bar
