You can always tell the quality of a café by the number of customers in it, and when I went in the tiny space was filled with customers. The service is functional, but the food is very good value for lunch and of the same quality you’d get in Chinatown…

Admittedly, though the breasts here were juicy, tender, and enormous… their exceptional quality wasn’t enough to salvage the rest of my chicken curry noodles. For being doused in a seemingly lipid-heavy sauce, there was virtually no flavour to the whole mess. That being said, I certainly feel like I got an appropriate value out of the £5 I spent on a foam takeaway carton filled to the brim with lunch. I especially liked the slices of tender potato mixed in. In an effort to crowdsource some insight, I’ll buy you lunch here if you can tell me which business category a place like Ferraris should fall into. The name would suggest Italian, but they serve things like English breakfast, fried egg sandwiches, chicken curry chips, and hot and sour chicken. Add in the fact that they’re staffed by entirely Asian ladies and you have one exceptionally confused Kevin. There are, shockingly enough, people who appear to be regulars here. I witnessed a middle-aged British businessman walk in and immediately put in his order as though he knew precisely what he wanted based on past experience. Had I been more savvy, I probably should have waited and followed suit. Then again… I’m not sure I should trust the taste buds of a middle-aged British businessman when it comes to Chinese(?) cuisine…
