Pretty legit make-your-own salads. Ingredients are very fresh(for example, MUCH better than ingredients at Chop’d which in my opinion is terrible). Line here can be quite long but moves fast. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 full stars is its a bit pricey(£5.65 for your basic salad and they charge extra for more ingredients)… but quality of the salad is worth it. Skip: the ramen soup — it sucks.

Takeaway soup and salad joint. Fast and friendly service, fresh ingredients, they don’t skimp on salad toppings, AND they offer quinoa as a salad option. Vital Ingredient also offers an array of soups, some of which are pretty tasty. Check their website for the soups of the day, nutrional value, and the like. If you don’t like your salad drowned in dressing, be sure to ask for a small amount. Otherwise, they’ll be pretty heavy handed. Opt out of the bread if you can, as they sell various types of rolls or halved mini baguettes that are below average for 60p and up. Not a bad place for a light lunch, if you’re the mood for soups or salads.
