I don’t often feel compelled to write reviews but yet after another successful and pleasurable visit, I felt I should.
Fielders is definitely one of my favourite shops, it is wall to wall with an amazing selection of art and craft materials and is laid out really well. You are spoilt for choice with pretty much anything you’re going to need plus lots more and an added bonus is the staff. They are extremly knowledgeable, talented (they make many of the displays around the shop themselves), friendly, helpful and really good at their job!
If you venture upstairs they have a great framing department which I have used often and have appreciated the time and care thst staff have given me when talking through my requirements.
Highly recommend a visit and it’s worth travelling to even if you’re not that local (very accessible as Wimbledon station is very near by and there is a bus stop directly outside the shop). 10 out of 10.

Fielders is the nearest art shop to Wimbledon College of Art. It’s OK if you need to get the odd item but if need a good few things i would personally make the effort to travel to Atlantis in the east end. They do have some oils and acrylics but the best quality ones they offer are Georgian oils, they have quite a good selection of brushes but it’s better if you’re more of a crafts person. They have loads of paper choices, pens, drawing materials etc. They also have lots of craft items like beads, card, glue and more. They also sell some nice gift cards. The prices are quite good but again if you’re on a budget make the effort to go to Atlantis as the prices are slightly cheaper.
