Yup definitely a great place to get smoothies and a mix of fresh salads. My only reservation for this place is that it’s understaffed at lunch and so can end up queuing quite a bit and the cleanliness is something to be desired. The salads and juices are really interesting flavours and you can really get your money’s worth in terms of a range of good salads.

The best and cheapest complete English breakfast ever eaten. Home made beans, grilled sausages and bacon, fresh pan seared mushrooms, light and flavorful scrambled eggs with toast and coffee all served by the charming owner. What a great way to start the day. If you like juices they have them all… fresh. Small and quaint dinner style restaurant, mostly take away but 4 tables is all you need. Truly a great find, great value for your money. Will not find anything better for the price… less than 8 British Pounds. Forget the standard coffee shops or boulageries if you want a heathy and tasteful breakfast.

Me likey!!! Super helpful and friendly service. Amazingly fresh veg & fruit juices and nice food. Cheap and amazing — even if the cost is the dated style. Maybe no style…

Why isn’t this place closer to my campus?! Amazing fruit smoothies. Delectable food, perfect for a quick lunch. I had a pitta sandwich with tabbouleh, hummus and falafel. Seriously good. And the large smoothie and sandwich together at a sit-in price cost only £7.20. Maybe it’s best it’s not close to my campus or I’d end up buying a smoothie or two a day!

my much anticipated hungover brunch was mostly ruined by the horrible quality of the breakfast food served here. a normal breakfast consisting of bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms and eggs was substituted with the veggie option breakfast, which I swapped out the meat for some halloumi. the owner took my order and brought some of the food on the counter for someone downstairs to prepare. eggs– horrible and dry, spinach– med style, beans, home cooked but dry again, and my 2 slices of halloumi tastes of salty plastic sponge. not to mention the size of the portions. my mushroom must have been forgotten and had an extra piece of unwanted falafel… juices are well priced compared to other delis around, but jees, never would I come back here for food, ever, again.

Loved the place with the same name in Bayswater and could not believe ny luck as I stumbled across this one next to the office. Fresh salads, amazing Ciabatta sandwiches and some of the best fruit juices made to order. Although there is not quite as much fresh salad choice on offer as it’s sister outlet in Bayswater(bring on the Pomegranate), there is still plenty to make you hesitate when choosing — a sign of just enough, yet teetering on the edge of too much choice. Here is a tip, very few people seem to know there is an internal seating area right at the end of the counter. It is spacious, clean and surprisingly light as it has a number of skylights. Really is a pleasant area to chow down at lunch if you want to get away from your computer screen.

I have been to fresco twice this week. The tabouleh in there is to die for. I had a halloumi wrap earlier this week, and a halloumi salad today. You can pick and choose fillings. The guy who runs it is super friendly and always bothers to stop for a chat and makes me chuckle with his antics. They also have«the largest selection of fresh juices in london», and even though the shop is tiny, I believe them. Literally there about a gazillion fresh juice options on the menu. I haven’t tried but they look good and straight from the juicer, made to order. A local business to be proud of(I’m happy I’m in the know now, thanks colleagues).

Another independent/local store that brightens up the otherwise depressing agglomeration of chain stores here in Marylebone. I’m a real fan of their lunch offer: choose six different things from the counter(meats, salads, mezze etc.) I usually go for this: — Chicken(warm) — Moussaka(warm) — Greek salad — Tabbouleh — Lentil Salad — Hummus It’s very reasonably priced at £7 — this is Marylebone after all. I hear that their juices are also worth a trip!

Went here after being recommended by a work colleague after fancying some falafels for lunch. A queue to be served but this is generally a good sign. Although not generally a fan of joining queues to get food, it was a good thing as it gave me time to take in the selection of food and fresh juices menu. Although tempted by other delights, I stuck with a falafel wrap. this was served in fresh pitta bread(not the type you get in the supermarkets but the more authentic type). Then I could opt to add a selection of different salads all which looked mouthwateringly good. After he had finished filling my pitta I was left wondering how on earth I was going to eat all that. You can also get freshly squeezed juices in a range of flavours including things like carrot — very healthy. The falafel wrap was very tasty and very filling, I was left wishing I had gone for a tasty juice also to wash it all down. Would definitely come here again.

After visiting Fresco’s Westbourne Grove outpost, I discovered they had another location just blocks from my office so I braved the rain for a litre of carrot, grapefruit and ginger juice. All of Fresco’s juices are freshly pressed to order and I love the one litre offering. It’s a serious amount of juice and I feel fantastic after drinking it.

This place is fantastic if you want quick, convenient and yummy food for a really good price in Marylebone. They have such a huge range of juices, you can pretty much order any combination of fruits & vegetables you like & they squeeze them freshly in front of your very eyes! Scrumptious wraps & salads with a bit of a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern feel will fill you right up & you could get that and a little box of delicious sticky baklava for under a fiver. To top it off, the service is super-friendly, the staff are always smiling & I go there regularly for a quick, cheap & satisfying lunch around the corner from my office. A real hidden gem!

Lovely freshly squeezed juices and fresh food. The best place around for a healthy lunch. Totally recommend the falafel sandwiches :)

Not as good as the Fresco in Paddington, but impressive smoothies nevertheless. Many fruits to choose from and quite a selection of healthy food. Prices are reasonable considering that it is all fresh fruit, veg and meat. Staff are not as friendly as those in Paddington either. A nice place for lunch though.
