Really weird experience; used a voucher here from one merchant, ages ago. Then I bought a new voucher from a different merchant a year later. This booking was accepted — then 20 mins before my appointment, while I was on the way, I got a call from the salon, cancelling — asking me to please obtain a refund, based on the fact I’d already been on a voucher. The second voucher I bought was for a totally different service and the booking WAS accepted. So why cancel minutes before? Really annoyed, but hey, there are a hundred salons in Putney, so no loss to me — big loss to Gro Putney though — cutting off their nose to spite their face has lost them a customer. Really strange business practice.
