Perfect atmosphere, delicious food — what we need more?

I always stop at Hard Rock and buy a pin and shirt if I find one I like. I have a rewards account and used it to buy the pin. I then saw my fav shirt in London edition here and went back to purchase that as well. This is what my husband refers to as, the «psych out» because I always find something after he thinks we’re done and have to go stand in line all over again. Haha.
The gal checking us out the second time didn’t speak English as her first language obviously, and she had me write down my email so she could find my account.
She then proceeds to tell me that she can’t find me, although they had just done the exact same thing not 5 minutes earlier when I bought the pin, I asked her if she had mis-​typed it or something since we’d not had any problems a few minutes ago and she completes the sale. I said, «Did you just finish the sale without giving me the points?!» She goes, «Yeah, you said you’d just used it and you can only use it once a day.»
I proceeded to tell her that we didn’t «use» anything we simply typed in my info for the rewards, she clearly misunderstood and kept talking about how you can only use your account once a day — if you are redeeming points. You can use it however many times you like if you are BUYING things.
She wasn’t getting it — and I was pissed — and it was only like 20 points anyway. Still… ugh.

Das Café selbst haben wir nicht besucht — die Schlange war schier endlos -, sondern wir waren im Shop nebenan für ein paar Mitbringsel.
Vom «Standard”-T-Shirt in weiß oder schwarz, über moderne Designs, über Textilien aller Art, über Tassen, Gläser und mehr, gibt es vieles zu shoppen. Das Angebot ist «ok», aber nicht überwältigend. Ein schickes T-​Shirt wurde dann mein eigen. Die Staubfänger-​Bierkrüge im Gitarrendesign sehen zwar «cool» aus, aber landen dann doch irgendwie nur im Regal — und dafür war’s mir dann doch zu teuer. ;)
Für ein Mitbringsel ist der Shop sicher gut, auch wenn es irre voll war.
P. S.: Vor allem an die Damen gerichtet: Es gibt keine Umkleidekabinen. Umziehen im Laden. ;)

Always coming home at the Hard Rock Café. We were lucky we hadn’t wait too long, but with beer at the bar that wasn’t a problem. Good service as always. Seems a small café, but it appeared they had a basement floor.

Mein 1. und letzter Besuch hat 20 Jahre dazwischen, als 17jähriges habe ich mich damals an den Tresen geklebt und einen alkoholfreien Drink genehmigt und mich über die herzliche Bedienung gefreut. 20 Jahre später, alt genug für Margaritas, freue ich mich immer noch über die herzliche Bedienung (da gibts eine Dame älteren Semesters, die finde ich zum Knuddeln).

Sympa comme endroit. Mythique comme tout les hard rock café. La Décoration et super. Mais dans le prix inclure un pourboire en plus de 17 Livres sur un total de 140 Livres est un peu exagères. Mais sa reste le Hard rock café. La sympathie. Les quantité astronomique. Le service génial. La gentillesse. Hard rock café baby

This is my 51^st Hard Rock Café visit and I had to get my shotglass for the collection. What can I say, this was one of the coolest ones to see. The line was out the door to eat, but you might be able to sneak in the vip entrance. Anyhows, I enjoyed coming to the UK on vacation.

Awesome hamburger and lovely service, we were there at the original Hard Rock Café in London and by coincidence we were there on the night of their 44^th anniversary so the hamburgers were only 71 pence, which in US dollars is only $ 1.10, we scored as the regular price today is $ 16, and it was delicious to boot. We chatted with the host and waitresses who were all super friendly!

Service was outstanding. Resturant was very busy and our waitress was still outstanding. Food was good as always Hard Rock does. Smaller Hard Rock then usual but they handled customers greatly.

It was that time of year again, time to head to Winter Wonderland with the partner in crime, but alas the rain did fall. In fact the rain was so heavy it actually hurt when it landed on you! This could only mean one thing…
No trip to Winter Wonderland is complete without a stop here, and they are one of my favourite restaurants.
We had a 45 mins wait for a table, so we headed round to The Back Room, the awesome little bar hidden behind the Hard Rock. The ceiling reminded me of a church, the walls were filled with graffiti, and they had Sky Sports on the big screen; perfect.
Our buzzer then went mental and we grabbed our coats, stomachs rumbling to get our table.
The cheese and bacon burger is always what I order and it’s always amazing, oo I went against all my heart and ordered something else. I was feeling a little crazy, and you didn’t see that coming did you?!
The Texan; pulled chicken, Chipotle and Hickory Bar-​B-​Que sauce, cheddar cheese, crispy jalapenos and crispy onions. Oh yes. It was served with citrus coleslaw and cowboy beans.
The partner in crime had similar, minus the crispy jalapenos and crispy onions, and we both enjoyed equally! I’m rather glad I made the decision to steer away from my normal choice! I’d recommend both of this to anyone! Plus being chicken I felt slightly less guilty that having a burger!
To top it all off we were sat in the Sex Pistols/​Public Image Ltd. area so I was well in my element. It’s like they knew I love them! I want the red bondage boot so bad!
We didn’t have space for desert, so we paid up and headed off to Winter Wonderland. The rain had stopped if you were wondering!

Achtung Gruppen! Ihr landet grundsätzlich NICHT im schönen Café sondern im Keller! Brüllend laute Musik, SEHR einfache Burger. Pommes Ok, Burger kalt. Dass wir zusammen mit 40 Kindergarten Kindern sassen half auch nicht. Kellner hat die Extrabestellung vergessen. Teurer Reinfall!!!
Watch out groups — you will NOT be seated on the nice Café but in the basement. Very plain Burger!

I love hard rocks but this one is small, out dated, dirty, and not consistent. I wouldn’t come back.

Great to have visited. Bought a few shirts of course, nothing brag home about. But I can say I’ve been there. Cold beer please!

I make a point to visit the Hard Rock Café in every new city or country that I visit. The wait service was good. The crowding was a little annoying, but we are talking about the ORIGINAL HRC! I got in right on time (around 16:00 on a Friday). As I was leaving, the line was wrapping around the building. The Original HRC Vault was quite interesting to see! Rich history locked up down there. I recommend visiting this place during your London visit!

Had a long wait when we went and there wasn’t any seating available for waiting. Other than that the drinks were great and so was our bartender! He was really kind and understanding that it was our first time in London and taught us about tipping. Made our hour wait go by faster. When we got seated the food was great and very timely for being busy. My mom got the nachos. They were huge and so worth it. As usual it’s always fun to walk around and see the memorabilia as well!

Simplemente el mejor del mundo, me la pase súper bien, la comida es deliciosa, y el servicio es excelente, la música es lo mejor, le da un ambiente muy divertido uno se puede pasar las hora hay y no pasa el tiempo la decoración y las fotos son una decoración sin igual y las fotos salen genial con tantos recuerdos de todos los artistas rockeros del mundo, amo este lugar…

When some friends came to visit a couple of weeks ago we went to the Hard Rock Café in Piccadilly for lunch on one of the days. I’ve been to a couple of Hard Rocks across the world but this was the first time I’d been to the London branch.
The café is very popular with tourists so if you don’t have a reservation be prepared to wait. We arrived at just after 1pm on a Saturday and there was a short queue but we couldn’t have been waiting more than twenty minutes before we were seated.
Let’s be clear, Hard Rock Café isn’t somewhere you go for peace and quiet or a romantic meal out, it’s busy and noisy but has a fun atmosphere and plays great music. If you do have to wait you can just pitch up at the bar and since the soft drinks are bottomless you don’t have to spend a fortune either unlike at some establishments.
We were seated in the downstairs areas which is actually quite a bit bigger than upstairs but was still jam packed with people. The choices include pretty standard American style food; burgers, salads and sandwiches, an excellent dessert menu and an even better choice in cocktails!
Having perused the menu the boys settled on some epic looking burgers while I went for the famous Hard Rock fajitas with grilled chicken and shrimp. (That’s prawns to us Brits!) When the food arrived we weren’t disappointed the portion sizes were pretty decent.
I was given four small wraps with my fajitas which was enough for me as that was about the limit as to what I could eat but there was at least enough food left over to make two or three more and for once in my life I didn’t complain about not having enough guacamole! Every bite was delicious but sadly that meant that there was no room for pudding — guess that just means I’ll have to visit again.
The service was pretty slow and it took us quite a while to actually place our order in the first place and indeed get the bill to pay at the end of our meal but given how busy the restaurant was this was I guess this is just to be expected.

So this was my firs ever Hard Rock Café experience, and it wasn’t too bad. After a long day of walking around the london sites, we decided to eat at Hard Rock Café. The wait for a table was about and hour long due to the small amount of seating available. The waiting area outside wasn’t great. Once seated our waitress was quick to take our order, which was great bc we were starving! I ordered a cheeseburger and I was not disappointed! These portions were huge compared to the standard portions of London. I would rate an overall 4 stars, but due to the automatic gratuity added to all bills I have to bump it down to 3.

I went to London few months ago meet this sweet waiter there she said she the original waiters when hard rock open in London. Great service had a blast. Food is amazing.

Had a fantastic experience here. Our waitress, Katrina (I think was her name), was amazing. She checked on us just the perfect amount. She was a lovely woman. She seemed like she really enjoyed having us there. She was even helpful with directions! She really made the experience awesome. We went in for lunch, and had the pork, classic burger, fiesta burger and a side of the Mac and cheese. It was all great. Would definitely go again!

War nur im Shop nebenan, aber es war total überfüllt und die Kellner kamen mit dem besetzen der Tische nicht nach, was zu Folge hatte, dass die Schlange vor dem Restaurant immer länger wurde…
Qualität des Essens ist ok, man zahlt in erster Linie für die Atmosphäre, aber die ist schick.

The service in the restaurant was ok, we had to wait 30 minutes until we were seated. This was spent in their shop and outside of the restaurant where we were able to sit at a table with heating. I ordered the salmon and my two friends both got the fajitas. When the salmon came it was a very small portion, and the beans, mashed potatoes and salmon were all low warm. They were not hot so I am assuming that it was not freshly prepared. I did really like that the salmon was cooked on a ceder wood piece which gave it a nice aroma. This dish was definitely not worth the £17.50 that I had to spend.
Overall this was a mixed experience for me and also my first time at a hard rock café, but I will not be visiting another hard rock café anytime soon!

My bucket list is to attempt to visit all HRC locations! So, I’m now crossing off The Original London location!
As a Hard Rock fan can one appreciate where it all began. It was amazing to finally say I made it and appreciate the history. I came back several times and dined at the bar and enjoyed the views and memorabilia.
Being a Rewards Members also had its benefits by not having to wait in the hour long line, I was seated immediately. Staff was friendly and especially courteous to this foreigner and appreciated my travels. I’ve been to over 50+ HRCs, however, Unilocal hadn’t been established so to legitimize my visits I’m going back to several of them to check in and also mark off my new HRC interactive map locations.

The Food was decent, the service was really shitty. Our waiter tricked us into getting bottle water instead of regular tap water. That was something I did not appreciate.
There was a guy in skinny jeans and floral shirt that was in the front, he was really sassy. I did not like him at all. Overall the service was horrible. I wouldn’t come here again.

Keine Reservierung möglich und man muss meistens warten bis man überhaupt hinein“darf”. Für mich ist das alles eine Qual. Das Essen ist gut, liegt aber schwerst im Magen.

Out of all the hard rocks I’ve been too this one was by far the best. Quick service, very friendly to the kids, and all the waiters sang the songs! Very catering to all our needs.

Si vous souhaitez y manger, armez-​vous de patience, le restaurant est pris d’assaut (une attente de 30 minutes environ). Si vous voulez boire au bar ça ira plus vite.
Ca vaut le coup d’attendre pour y manger. L’équipe qui vous sert est super sympa et agréable. J’ai rigolé avec les serveurs qui se sont occupés de nous et suivi leurs conseils pour les plats.
L’ambiance est toujours au top. en même temps, nous sommes dans un HRC !
La boutique se trouve en face de l’autre côté de la rue. C’est un avantage parce que comme ça elle est grande !

Wer immer hier auch die Steaks gefertigt hat: Gebt ihm mehr Geld! Mit Abstand das geilste Stück Fleisch seit langem, auf den Punkt wie bestellt und einfach nur TOP! zur Location fällt mir nur eines ein: Schade!
Schade das wir so was geiles erst in London erleben dürfen, den in meiner Homebase «Hannover» braucht man danach nicht zu suchen :-(
Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in London definitiv ein Pflichttermin!

Im sehr gut besuchten Hard Rock Café ist Flair und Atmosphäre vorbestimmt. Die zahlreichen Bildschirme bilde das passende Musikvideo zur laut aufgedrehten (meistens) Rockmusik (zwischendurch kam einmal Robin Thickes ‘Blurred Lines’…warum?) und vermitteln die passende Stimmung zur Einrichtung mit Instrumenten und Bühnenkleidung weltbekannter Künstler (Clapton, Lennon, Dylan,…). Durch die enge Tischsituation, der lauten Musik und den vielen Menschen kann man sich hier natürlich überhaupt nicht entspannen. Auch das Unterhalten fällt schwer. Dafür ist die Bedienung sehr flott und ‘tough’ drauf, wie es in dieser Umgebung nur sein kann. Das hochgelobte Essen empfand ich als eher durchschnittlich, aber entscheidender ist wohl die Atmosphäre. Witzig bei meinem Besuch war, dass es Freddy Mercurys Geburtstag war und man für einen Pfund für einen guten Zweck sich einen passenden Aufklebebart kaufen konnte. Alle Kellner trugen diesen und zum Teil auch Mercury-​typische Kleidung.

Super Burger, freundlicher Service, starke Musik !!!

Als wir mit der Klasse in London waren war es die anlaufstelle nr 1.
ein echter Kultstatus das Café ist wie Üblich im Hard Rock Stylegestaltet und es herrscht eine angenehme atmosphäre. Wie schon erwähnt war es sehr voll.

Auch ich durfte mich in die Warteschlange einreihen, was aber auch vom Prinzip her besser ist. Es war trotzdem extrem voll und bei der Enge im Laden konnte man nicht wirklich von entspanntem Shopping sprechen. Die Preise finde ich gar nicht mal so extrem hoch.

Die T-​Shirts sind relativ teuer, aber ein Muss für Sammler.
Wir mussten kurz warten bevor wir rein durften, was aber auch gut war, denn es war auch so schon relativ voll. Entspannt shoppen ist was anderes.
War mein erster Besuch in einem Hard Rock shop und empfand es als eine schöné Erfahrung.

war auch schon 2 Jahre her wo ich dort war, aber bis dato mein Top Favorit unter den bisher besuchten HRC Cafés. Hatte damals das schöné vergnügen und hab die ganze Schlange hinter mir gelassen das waren blicke. :)
Keller/​innen besser Laute, auch selten, der Burger war einfach nur Perfekt, die Location ansich hat auch was, liegt wohl daran dass es eben der erste HRC war.

Ein toller Laden, ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Mit mehr als zwei Personen empfiehlt sich allerdings eine Reservierung. Die gegessenen Burger waren qualitativ und quantitativ ausgezeichnet (wir hatten wirklich Mühe, sie aufzuessen), die Bedienungen waren ausnahmslos superfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Lautstärke (die aber wohl zu einem Hard-​Rock Café gehört) ;-))
Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Comme les hard rock café sont culte et que je n’étais jamais allé à Londres, je m’y suis rendu. Il est plutôt bien situé entre deux stations de métro. Pour le soir si vous voulez y mangé il y a environ 1h30 d’attente et ils né prennent pas de réservation! Donc perso j’avais faim donc je m’y suis rendue le lendemain (né pas venir avant 13h).
Le cadre est sympa et les serveurs/​serveuses également. L’attente est un peu longue avant de recevoir les plats. Mon ami et moi avons pris une hamburger frites chacun, j’ai demandé le mien très très cuit et une fois dans l’assiette il été rosé :/​bon je l’ai mangé mais les oignons n’étaient pas bons du tout. En revanche je crois qu’il est impossible de finir l’assiette tellement le hamburger et les frites sont énormes!lol
Niveau prix j’ai trouvé ça un peu cher… Un peu plus de 40EUR pour deux repas et deux boissons!
En revanche j’ai vite regardé la carte des dessert et ce n’est pas chers et il y a du choix :)

Dans chaque ville où il y a un Hard Rock Café, je cherche l’adresse, j’y vais et je ramèné un t-​shirt. C’est donc le 3ème HRC, que je teste ! Un des mieux d’ailleurs. Très jolie déco, serveuse vraiment très sympa, cuisine copieuse. Rien à redire. C’était très bien. En partant, nous avons reçu en cadeau 2 entrées pour visiter le sous-​sol du magasin Hard Rock Café qui se trouve à côté du restaurant et où se trouvent des objets et instruments de musique appartenant à des rockers célèbres.

Il faut y aller pour le cadre, les «reliques» musicales. Les cocktails sont excellents, Les burgers monumentaux, l’addition est à la mesure du lieu.

Kult ist es immer noch, auch wenn vieles heute sehr kommerziell zugeht.
Ich habe mir hier das T-​Shirt zum Jubiläum 25 Jahre abgeholt …, ist schon etwas her. Essen ist immer lecker, Cocktails wirklich sehr gut.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Londoner Hard Rock Cafés liegt der Hard Rock Store. Dort werden die relativ teuren T-​Shirts, Sweaters und andere Klamotten mit dem Logo des Hard Rock Cafés angeboten.
Aber auch, wer nichts kaufen möchte, sollte den Laden besuchen. Denn wirklich sehenswert ist eine kleine Ausstellung im Keller des Stores: dort sind Originalgitarren und Kleidungsstücke von Legenden der Rock– und Popgeschichte wie Elvis Presley, Bo Diddley, Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan, Bill Wyman und Lennon/​McCartney zu bestaunen.
Originell ist, dass der Hard Rock Store in einer ehemaligen Bankfiliale residiert. So sind die Ausstellungsstücke in mächtige Panzerschranktüren drapiert, was sie noch wertvoller erscheinen lässt.
Um in die Ausstellung zu kommen, muss man das hilfsbereite Personal fragen. Es werden jeweils Minigruppen von maximal zehn Personen in den Keller geführt.
Der Eintritt ist frei.

Es ist zwar schon länger her, dass ich dort war, aber ich fand es toll, es hat enorm bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.
Da ich allein dort war, habe ich mich an die Bar gesetzt. Von da aus konnte man etwas in die Küche schauen (und mit den Köchen shakern). Meine bestellten Spareribs mit Fritten und Salat waren enorm reichlich, extrem lecker und man hat mir den Rest auch eingepackt, weil die Portion nicht zu schaffen war.
Der Preis war, naja, halt eben London, aber soweit echt ok.
Personal superfreundlich, angenehme Atmosphäre, da kann sich das HRC in Köln né große Scheibe von abschneiden

Endlich einmal ein interessantes Lokal in London, wo ich auch mit den Kindern reingehen kann. Wer Burger und Souveniers der großen Stars der Rockmusik mag, für den ist das Hard Rock Café, nicht weit vom Piccadilly Circus, gerade das richtige.
Es ist immer viel los. Es kann vorkommen, daß man draußen warten muß bis einige andere Gäste das Lokal wieder verlassen haben. Aber kein Problem: die Kinder ließen die Zeit verweilen, indem sie im anliegenem Shop stöberten und meinen Geldbeutel argb strapezierten. T-​Shirt für jeden mußten natürlich her um bei den Freunden zuhause anzugeben.
Das Menü ist nicht schlecht für einen, der richtigen gegrillten Burger mag. Dazu ‘né ordentliche Ladung Pommes. Salate und vegetarische Burger stehen auch auf der Karte.
Das Café ist ganz im Stil der Rockzeit ausgestattet. Fotos von berühmten Musikern, Gitarren und andere Andenken der Stars machen es fast zu einerm kleinen Museum.
Da das Café 24 Stunden aufhat, kann man sich eine ruhigere Zeit aussuchen. Sonst kann es mit Kindern eine Plage sein.
Die Preise allerdings gehen ganz schön an den Geldbeutel. Gut für einen Besuch. Sonst müßte man seinen Urlaub vorzeitig abbrechen.

Hard rock café = chaleureux
Qui né connait pas le Hard Rock Café situé près de Hyde Park, je siterai ce restaurant comme exemple. De très bon plats peuvent y être degusté même si ils sont en effet ressemblant aux fasts food vous pouvez quand même les degsuter car je pense ma fois qu’ils y ont été preparé avec pl us de volonté.

Le meilleur d’Europe
Le meilleur Hard Rock café que j’ai pu faire est celui là, les serveurs sont super gentils, les décors extra, les cocktails sont supers et l’ambiance très, très bonne avec un petit jeu de lumière qui vous fait dire que vous changez d’ambiance dès votre entrée. Je recommande une pause dans cet endroit, je né peux pas vous dire si vous allez y manger car moi j’y ai bu un verre mais rien que ça vaut le détour.
