I was looking for a quick and easy lunch option — and somewhere to sit down without feeling awkward on your own. Itsu seemed the perfect option, not quite a restaurant but certainly more flair than regular sandwich bars — plus it has a customer toilet.
This is how I came to discover Itsu, a healthy sandwich/​salad/​sushi chain I had previously dismissed. Admittedly this particular branch is a lot more appealing than most others I have walked past; but obviously what makes it so popular is the choice of fresh and healthy food and drink.
