All in All, Great pint, great music and great craic. Just came back from an unexpected great night in Jono’s. To start with I only intended to have the one but it soon turned into many. There was an Ireland football game on and 90% of the people were glued to it. They played the commentary which I like and the atmosphere was very involved. There was an English game on at the same time and some of the tables were watching that. They also got to hear the commentary so everyone was kept happy. The pint of Guinness was without doubt one of the best I’ve ever tasted in London. Being a Guinness drinker from Dublin I’m usually disappointed but the pint here was great. It’s a sure sign when most of the people in a pub are drinking it that they serve a half decent pint. There was a band that played a very eclectic mix. The highlight being when a man who resembled Photo link: mr miyagi from the karate kid took to the stage with his tambourine He was given a rapturous applause and nobody pointed out the join-in trad session was on Sunday. Met loads of lovely people. We had some pork from the café called mugi next door which regularly cooks pigs on the spit in the balkan fashion. All in All. Great pint, great music and grat craic. Best Irish Pub in West London hands down. I’m writing this having been in quite a few. I would strongly recommend trying the traditional balkan food in the café next door. Goes great with beer.

I had a bad time here, was very busy not enough bar staff, average 15/20minute serving time. Lots of Irish folk taking advantage of it being an Irish bar and jumping the que. very rude Irish people not at all like Ireland. Saw a poor bloke get shoved and dropped a whole pint and the other pint went in his face, followed by some short guy giving him grief for spilling a bit of pint on him. This place needs some door staff to remove the people who are being far too lairy! I love a good lively time especially Irish style but too many drunks thinking they are all it is a downer getting in your way. One last thing, waited 25mins for last orders, watched them serve everone around me including people arriving after me to be told the guy who just arrived was the last person, I couldn’t believe it. All the staff had seen me and just ignored me. Won’t be going ever again even though it had potential! Would prefer a spoons with their corporate rubbish!

Nice little boozer this, opposite Ealing common tube. Lovely pint of Guinness, staff seemed friendly enough. they have 2or 3 tvs which show sport, espicially any GAA thats on. usually decent bands playing, every Fri, Sat and Sun.
