Sushi was very good especially for the price. Miso soup was good as well. The best fish on the menu was the tuna. Spicy tuna roll was excellent. Service was fair. Avoid the white fish as it wasn’t very tasty and better spending your time and money with the salmon or tuna. Not upscale, but good sushi at a fair price.

The sushi here was great! In fact, everything we ate was wonderful. However, the green tea was not great, and there was a very limited selection. Overall, I was very happy with our dinner!

When it’s too cold for an LA girl in London, I crave some piping hot broth with noodles. Luckily, my friend was craving Japanese food as well. I started off with the Rockin’ Shrimp(to be honest, I forgot the name and I can’t load the menu back home), which was very similar to the shrimp appetizer of a similar name from the chain RA Sushi here. Very juicy succulent pieces of shrimp in a light tempura batter with a salad underneath. A good amount of shrimp overall. Loved the dipping sauces, which was a sriracha mayo/aioli and a green spicy dipping sauce. My friend and I liked the green sauce more, even though we liked both sauces. I had a bite of my friend’s beef yakisoba and she liked it, but I like yakisoba a bit drier and this was a bit saucy for me. The beef was flavorful but not the most tender. My udon was one of the best I’ve had. Clear broth that needed no added flavors at all and perfect udon noodles with the right bite. The tempura was very light and had sweet potato, zucchini, shrimp and a red bell pepper. Prices were decent and not terribly expensive for a Japanese place, considering the quality. If it were not as cold, we both would have tried their sushi.

When I moved to London I was told that my love for sushi would come to a stop, as everything would either be insanely expensive or really disgusting. NOTSO, my friends! This little spot in Earl’s court is quickly becoming a favorite of mine, and they have really good, fresh sushi and really tasty Japanese food. Also fairly priced. Two people, of which one is a man with a bottomless stomach, ate for about 40 pounds with alcohol and service included. so YAY kappa. you can read a full review here! — EDIT A year on, I went back to get my sushi fix and the chef and the staff have both changed, and BOY oh boy. WHAT a disappointment that was. SO mediocre. Cold rice and average fish. meh.

Fantastic little Japanese restaurant based in Earls Court. Teriyaki dishes really are amazing! The service is friendly, the food is fantastic, this however does show in the price, but to be honest I am happy to pay for something that is worth its price tag.

The space of this Japanese restaurant is original and waitresses very friendly. The plates are delicious and you can take away your sushis. The delivery is free if you live in the area.
