Eddys is always a treat. You’re pretty much guaranteed to always find either a really drunk older man whose dance moves are straight out of the 60s, a bad drag queen who RuPaul needs coach, a man falling asleep at the bar or a guy that just can’t stop breaking pint glasses. There’s never a dull moment at Eddys. But if for some strange reason there is, you can just zone out and watch Kylie on their flat screen.

Oh Eddy’s… I truly do love this little gay bar. When you walk in, the music screeches to a halt as everyone checks over the fresh meat… metaphorically speaking of course. Thankfully, it only takes a couple weeks of being a regular for the bar staff to remember your ‘usual orders’, to get on with the other patrons and have a generally low key night in an off the way dive bar. Beer, wine, cocktails, etc are available, the usual selection of limited alcohols you’ll find in every London pub. The crowning glory of this place is really people watching… there are some interesting people who frequent this place, so sit back and watch! Unfortunately, lesbians are sorely under represented here so if you have several lady friends, you might want to take them out somewhere else as they may not feel completely comfortable.
