Have been a here a number of times to restaurant and always been impressed, it’s a simple honest local restaurant.
But.We tried their home delivery service, they quoted 45mins and had to chase them after an hour to be told they had already left, chased then again 15 mins later and they said there was a mix up they hadn’t but will leave soon.
An hour and a half after ordering our food it eventually came (though admittedly with a complimentary bottle of house wine)

I would say this the best indian restaurant and takeaway in West Norwood.
I use their takeaway service about ¾ times a month and go there for a meal twice a month.
The food is always good, I have never had a problem in the past nine months.
Monday nights are a great time to go and eat in as they do a tenner deal for starter, side dish, main, rice and nan which is a great price especially when the food is so good.
note They have just stopped doing this deal
They are also not adverse to giving to a table if you show up at 11.30!
