Julian comes through as some one who is a bank of knowledge and appears to know everything about bedmaking. Unfortunately, we got taken in by him and he delivered a bed which was not fit for purpose as he described it in the shop and actually not safe for use. We raised this issue with him and wanted him to either fix it or refund the amount we paid. Unfortunately, he has done neither and we are now exploring a legal recourse to get our money back.
We have had a very poor experience with this company.

Handmade mattresses made in UK. Nice couple run it. I had a great mattress from here for 5 years. Some good furniture too.
