First off I love the designs, i have many of the bags that have been bought for me as presents. The staff were lovely when i bought my latest bag, but a lot less helpful when 6 weeks later, and after just 2 single uses the clasp broke. No repair, no replacement, no refund. No longer a fan. At £225 this isnt on.

First things first, I’m a bloke! I like football, movies with explosions in and going down the pub. Going to a bag shop should be a hellish experience. so why was this one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had? The answer is the staff. They where attentive, friendly and very helpful. I went into the shop with a small budget of £50 and the staff never tried to talk me into going over it or dismiss for not looking for a high end product. They spent a lot of time and care in boxing and bagging the item. I also got a free catalogue. The shop is small and well set out. As for the products, well what would I know I’m a bloke!

I feel like this is my home away from home in London! In the US we can’t get Lulu’s fabulous purses easily, so that means I have to stock up when I visit London. Lulu’s style can be explained as cute, whimsical, and ultra girly! She makes purses that look like houses and various other shapes and styles that have a theme to them each season. Lulu is all about glamour, fashion, and being beautiful. Her purses are a bit on the pricey side, but when compared to say a Coach bag, they’re reasonable. And the best part is you’ll hardly ever see another gal carrying around the same purse as you because Lulu’s bags are distinct and stand out in a crowd!

Simply handbag heaven! This is a small Lulu Guinness shop on the outside of the Royal Exchange building in the heart of the City, but it’s an Aladdin’s cave of gorgeous bags, shoes and other accessories. You can even see it as an art gallery as some of the bags are so beautiful they wouldn’t be out of place at the Tate. There’s no denying that Lulu Guinness’s handbags are expensive, but they’re quirky, unusual and things of beauty. They’re quality pieces which will last a lifetime and can be brought out year after year and still seem cutting edge. There’s really something for all pockets here as make-up bags, purses, credit card holders etc are within the reach of most of us. The staff in the shop and friendly and welcome you whether you buy a £200 handbag or a £20 make-up bag.
