Just a quick shout-out to this location: despite my better sober judgment, I’ve found myself in this McDonald’s in the wee hours of several recent mornings. And my assessment? It sometimes feels like a scrum walking in there, but you get to front of the line extremely quickly, people behind the counter are always happy to deal with my in-the-moment indecision(which, honestly, HOW do they so calmly deal with throngs of drunkards deciding on 6 versus 9 nuggets over and over?), and food comes *fast*. There’s a stand-up bar where you can hunch and eat, sure, but do the more logical thing: take your gear to go and munch dem fries en route. Bonus points: clean, security on site so I’ve never seen any tension kick up. Sum: Golden Arches, you ain’t so bad. Unilocal note: US McD’s really should adopt the curry dipping sauce offered here in the UK

Probably my favourite McDonald’s branch. Conveniently located just outside Kings Cross station on Pentonville Road. On a typical day, I walk from Kings Cross to Angel, it is a pleasant 15−18mins walk. On certain days, days when I miss having breakfast at home I get into this McDonalds branch. It is bright and spacious and friendly staff. My favourite McDonald dish is their Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin! Given a change, I could eat it for for Lunch and Dinner as well but they only do it till 10:30am. For a meal(with coffee and a hash-brown) under £4 no one can beat it on price. Since it is Mac, the meal is always predictable, and tasty just as I like it. I side by the large glass windows overlooking Pentonville Road and eat my McMuffil watching the world go by. Kings Cross is a very busy place and one can find a multitude of people of every race and country milling about and it is a very captivating sight and the time just flies by. Like other McDonald’s they have clean toilets, baby changing facilities and Wifi. They do all the standard McDonald food and you can’t go wrong. Four starts only due to health reasons :-)

The best fast food restaurant where you can eat fast food 4 o’clock in the morning. I also love their ice cream and orange juice.

Pretty classy Mcd’s by any standards, which is still low lol. I am sad to say… but London food is expensive so my girlfriend and I hit up this place more than a few times lol. A filet fish meal was 11 pounds maybe 20US dollars but at least the cheese covered the WHOLE bun. Here in the US you are lucky if you get half a slice of cheese. Ghetto! The wait was super quick and they were always open late, maybe 24 geez??, because when we came back from the train or the tube and were hungry and wanted a meal, rather than market packaged bread from M&S markets, we would go here. The associates could be way friendlier. I did get like the manager one night and he was super nice! The other people were meh, not rude but nor friendly either. Like this was just their job lol. Overall I would recommend this place cuz the food is great quality compared the rubbish in the US and if you want a quick meal or cheap(er) food come here.

A busy and reasonably clean fast food option near kings cross station and the many new up and coming hotels and businesses. The staff generally are pretty good and its normally clean and well maintained but occasionally one or two staff members can be a bit abrupt and surly as was the case for me last time!

When my wifi wasn’t working, I used the wifi at this McDonalds and it was actually better than the wifi at the Starbucks next door. The staff was nice enough to let me and my flatmate sit here without buying anything for close to an hour.

Mcdonalds in busier parts of London are just generally unpleasantand this one is no exception. The burden is probably lessened slightly by the fact there is another Mcdonalds almost on the opposite corner, but it’s still best avoided as a rule, unless you simply must have some stodge as a matter of some urgency

This McDonalds is just outside the station, and is actually quite a nice one. Although it gets quite busy, the queues are dealt with very well, and it is a huge shop, with lots of seating upstairs. It has had the refurbishment of the green look, making the store much nicer to sit in. The food is the usual McDonalds fare, so it depends if you like it, but it is quite good value.

A pretty grim McDonalds that is inhabited by late night drunks and spaced out clubbers in the evenings and a mix of tourists and drifters during the day. It’s a last resort for those who can’t face anything getting food from anywhere else in the area(which is one of my least favourite bits of London). Get in, eat and leave. There’s little space to eat anything inside and that’s not the idea — it’s purely functional.
