Had a burrito here before heading down to the Vaults for a spooky Goosebumps experience. Really enjoyed it — a good size, soft tortilla and packed with plenty of ingredients. The guac was spot on and generously portioned, and the chicken was soft. Not quite as spicy as I’d usually like but the flavours definitely made up for it. We also had a Pacific beer each(which I wasn’t *that* keen on), and they gave us a free bottle opener with each beer, which was a nice touch! Realtively inexpensive, convenient grub if you’re at the station.

I’ve always been a staunch support of Mi Casa Burritos. I still love them. If only because they make flipping breakfast burritos which are next to impossible to find in London. So A+ for that. And the burritos are mostly really tasty. So I’m usually happy. But they’re getting dinged down because of their hot salsa. It used to be freaking amazing. Really hot and delicious and everything I liked in a hot salsa. Now it’s just bland and boring and looks EXACTLY like their mild salsa. I think it IS just their mild salsa and they’re trying to fool people. It’s really annoying. Bring back the spice!

Think I’m going to have to realise sometime soon that I will never get a good burrito inside a train station! It was rushed, soul less service, expensive, tasteless and just rubbish really!

After a not-so-long train ride back into London, the wife and I were dreading the thought of going back to a dinner-less house and cooking. Mi Casa seemed like a heaven sent them. Or expectations were very low and anything decent would’ve done. But Mi Casa surprised us pleasantly. We got the pork burritos and nachos to go and they were delicious. The pork was succulent and the beans were tasty. But the star of the show was the salsa: spicy, fresh, and tangy. I’d go here again even if I wasn’t taking the national rail anywhere. Oh, and before I forget if highly recommend the Mexican cola that they stock called jarritos.

Awful rip-off. £8.45 for a ten-pence burrito and bottle of water. The burrito was nothing special. Slushy lettuce and boring meat. There’s literally nothing I can write here that is positive about Mi Casa. Now I’m almost a tenner down and still hungry. I’m pretty sure you can feed a family of four on £8.45. Do not waste your money; go somewhere else. Avoid.

Amorphous slop, served in a way that strongly suggests active contempt for both customer and product. Avoid.

You will be ripped off. They put some sort of vegetarian — «Chicken» burrito for you. I could not believe my eyes, they put beans«1 bean and mostly substance of its juice and call it Beans, Sir? :))) The most disgusting place I’ve ever seen in my life. Avoid.

Most disappointing burrito I’ve had for quite a while! Stingy with the meat, flavourless rice and service that was rushed. I don’t do raw onion, so the guacamole that’s already made up is off the menu, as is the mild salsa. When asked if there was a chance of fresh avocado or some diced tomatoes instead, I was denied. The one in Victoria station try to make the best burrito they can, and happily make any adjustments you ask for, but this one in Waterloo was very poor. Avoid.

You have to rate it for what it is. This is not a sit down restaurant it’s a quick ff takeaway in London’s busiest station. Personally it has yet to fail me, for a. scummy meal for my train journey home. It could do with a bit more chicken, other than that I can’t find fault.

Dear Lord. After several people raving about this place was keen to give it a go. UGHHHHH eeeeeek — pretty much my reactions biting into a truly tasteless burrito. Why does London find it so hard to get Mexican food right? Avoid this place — period. McDonald’s or Burger King nearby taste like gourmet treats compared to this joint.

My experience as a Southern Californian native and burrito lover and connessieur of Mexican food I have to my beef burrito was pretty darn good. I had the beef with no rice(I think it’s filler), lettuce, medium tomatillo(which had some nice sweeter bits) sauce, sour cream and cheese. Not at all like how the others described their experience. Best burrito I’ve had in a very long time.

As with every burrito review I write, I have to openly say that I am from Southern California and in no way do I expect burritos to be as good here in London as they are in So Cal. That said, after a night of drinking, a burrito and Pacifico beer for £10 is a pretty good deal. Unfortunately, the burrito wasn’t much to write home about. However, it did it’s job of accompanying all the other alcohol in my stomach and those tiny rice morsels, bits of bean, and cheese topped steak did their job! Definitely not a place I would seek out to go to, but in a pinch(or off my face) Mi Casa does the job.

Worst burrito in London. Avoid! There so much residual juice from the veggies my tortilla was damp and tasted like raw dough. Super stingy on the guacamole, and rice was flavourless. I love burritos and I was so disappointed. Would have taken back to complain but I was on a train. Maybe that’s their tactic?
