Great place for a healthy tasty breakfast. Dont expect sausages here. Try the porridge or banana bread and the spanish figs are great. The mint tea is from fresh mint. Would be 5 start except for the tattooed manager falsely smiling at customers but vocally criticizing the other lovely staff constantly.

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed Moreish! This is my go-to place in Bloomsbury, where I have been more than any other café or restaurant! I go both for coffee and for food. They always have a vegan daily option, usually a soup or stew, as well as sandwiches and tapas. I like the staff and the café has a great vibe. The biggest issue is that there isn’t enough seating, so lunch hour is risky. Also, they don’t have outlets, so it’s not a good place to bring your laptop to study. Still, they’ve got stools and a counter facing the windows and you can watch the tourists and Bloomsbury eccentrics go by. Fantastic café!

I used to work in the area and Moreish was one of the places I’d go to for a special lunchtime treat. It’s one of the few things that are good about winter — their stews are phenomenal, both veggie or chorizo versions. Summer is more about salads, and they offer a great choice. On my last visit I had a delicious tortilla with side salad. It’s delicious and a real treat — the price makes it a bit of a treat, too. They also have a lovely display of delicatessen to take home, and a good selection of breads.

We stopped by this deli on the way to Coram’s Fields and had two delicious sandwiches, the mohen and chorizo and olive oil as well as the chorizo and piquillo peppers. Large, filling and absolutely delicious. But the star of our meal was the Green and Black brownie we got. Wow… it blew our minds! Beautiful spot as well, with outdoor tables and friendly service.

I had walked by this café time after time and the long window seating peaked my interest to give it a go for a tea and some studying. (+) Beautiful mint tea. Lots of window seating. Huge windows. Creative food ideas. Cute market area. Large selection of food. Street corner = more natural light. Quiet music and environment. (-) Limited seating at regular tables. Semi-pricey food. No WIFI. Will possibly go back due to its great location near my classes at UCL. Couldn’t bear to fork out 9 pounds for a salad. Really do want to try their fresh pressed juices though!

A great menu of Iberian delicacies and ingredients. Delicious vegetarian tortilla. Clean premises and friendly staff. A new favourite.

I’m a mega-fan of this new café-deli with heavy Spanish influences. Quatro estrellas! There is a small«grocery» section including rice, and jars of beans, chocolates and pâté. There is a deli section, think: serrano ham ready for carving, cheeses, and olives. I can imagine picking up a few things here for an impromptu party with friends(INSTAPOPULARITY). There’s a full food menu, and the drinks are not to be missed. My favourite is the mint tea served in a large glass mug and stuffed-to-the-brim with fresh mint leaves. Rejuvenating while sitting at the large window bar(side note: Moreish is on a corner, so all the seating benefits from lots of natural light). I’d also recommend this as a go-to for people who are vegetarians(or want to wow one of their veggie friends): there are many vegetarian options, including a delicious Spanish tortilla(not convinced? Don’t worry; there’s a chorizo-studded version, too). Nice to have some meat-free selections that are a little different from the norm. Unilocal note: double points on three fronts: 1. nice, clean bathroom; 2. really fair prices. My carefully made, well-balanced flat white is 2GBP which, by «fancy coffee in London» standards is totally a good deal; 3. they sell coconut water in their cooler. However, in addition to this they sell cans of *roasted* coconut water. Hallelujah! It’s been a while since I’ve found a local source.
