I was mostly disappointed and that’s my main reason for putting this down here on Unilocal. The staff were not quite attentive and while they apologised several times for their mistakes, they kept on being slowish and not quite friendly. One would think that after they’ve done something wrong, they’d try to make it up but NOOO, not here. Avoid this place, two stars for the somehow good food.

An average pub, which is great if you want some space to think and eat, but at lunchtime, perhaps lacks good service and atmosphere. I would not recommend it for a meal, as the prices are that of a decent resturant but you still have to put up with pub service. For a quick after work drink however, if you are a sports fan, its as good as any.

Its basically a generic pub with a good sized menu. I visited on a Sunday and watched Wales and Scotland Rugby. The steak burger was fine as was the extra cold Guinness. Service was fine as well. I liked the furniture, they have lots of couches and big leather chairs. Nothing about the place says hightech/nano so I remain confused by the name. The restroom looked clean but smelled like an outhouse. Hold your nose when you go into it. With all the great pubs in the city their are many better choices for food in Soho.

A bit of a rubbish pub really — it’s almost like the owner is happy to just make just the minimum effort necessary to run the place but still cream off the profits from the inevitable crowds of Soho revelers. There’s nothing unusual about the pub — its features such as a couple of tellies are quite lame. The food looked rather ordinary so I didn’t bother having any. There are several better pubs within a two minute walk of this one — you’d only bother if you were having a couple fater work and didn’t care about the venue.

The Nanobyte is a large corner bar on Wardour Street. The selection of drinks is typical, though some other reviews say the food isn’t good at the moment(I’ve not eaten here). It’s size and location make it a good meeting point, though, and if you stop in during the afternoon you can always get a table.

Having recently changed management, this bar and eatery is certainly feeling the pain of changing ownership. Once a nice place for a lunch or evening meal, it is now difficult to get anything isted on the menu and staff, while apologetic and helpful, are streched to the limit. It has standard pub fare which used to be one of the best things about this pub but now leaves one wanting. I would give this place a miss for awhile.
