Very polite staff, nice resteraunt area, and a good take away. I ordered madras, egg rice, and chilli naan which was fantastic. Only thing I would suggest is hat the madras could do with a little bit more body, but it tasted lovely. Chilli naan was exceptional. See you next time

Fusion Indian and Mauritius restaurant within the Crystal Palace triangle. Strangely although frequently out in this area, I’ve never been to this restaurant even though it has stood the test of time and outlasted many others which have come and gone. Interior isn’t being and they have certainly ensured that they can accommodate as many diners as possible although, it didn’t feel too impersonal. We called and booked at short notice but, just as well we did as I think we managed to nab the last table. Extensive menu offering their fusion food. Don’t expect to see the traditional Indian offerings but listed are many other mouthwatering dishes. Although, if traditional Indian is what you are after, they can accommodate. Staff were friendly but very busy that night. Once order taken, it did feel like a while before starters were served. I ordered a fish starter which was nicely cooked with, thankfully, the hot sauce on the side. It was also nice but, eye wateringly hot! I ordered chicken for main. It was a good size portion along with flakey paratha. All the food was served very(heat) hot. None of this tepid food you can sometimes get. We had a nice Sav Blanc to wash it all down with. I enjoyed the food here and as I said, staff were friendly. I could see that they had a few regular followers. The only downside was that they did not allow me to take my leftovers home. Reason given was that I was using my Tastecard here(yup. Plus point for taking Tastecard on a Friday night). I just felt that that was an almighty waste of food. My leftovers would have been another meal for me(as I could only manage around half). It was a shame they felt it better to put in the bin(because you can’t reuse right?) than for it to be consumed later. Even without Tastecard, I would come back here. It would be good value even at full price.
