Absolutly disgusting. I just went because i had a special discount and i was on an hurry. Pizzas are very expansive if you don’t have any discount. Furthermore i don’t know which kind of mozzarella they use(if they use mozzarella and i doubt) but it tastes really bad, same as the tomato sauce that has no salt in that. I asked for thin crust and they made this huge and tall pizza _like if it was deep pan_and i really hate this kind of pizzas. I think i will never go back to any pizza hut, never. Finally the service was so slow even if the restaurant was quite empty. I waited 30 minutes… that was incredible! And the waiting area was in the middle of the waitresses working area, just at the entrance of the kitchen. One of the worst experience ever! Disgusting!

I’ve had a alright pizza at this particular branch before, but we weren’t nearly that lucky this time. We had strolled down from Regents Park and were looking forward to a nice crispy based pan. We waited for a table to be cleared which was no problem, and the two of us were sat at a four seater. All went well, we ordered a large pizza and two drinks. We were told the sodas were self serve, but no one said that the glasses were up by the fountain. Then the amusingly small salad bowls/thimbles arrived. This was probably a good thing as the salad selection was pretty pathetic — even compared to a harvester. Then the pizza arrived… It was basically raw in the middle, but we managed to get through two thirds because no one came to check on us. Oh and I forgot, they split our table in two so someone else could have the other two seats. This made it very cramped once the pizza arrived — and the staff were pretty brisk in telling(not asking) us to move. Not a great meal by any standard.

A safe and reliable choice, but we were starving and couldn’t find a better alternative at the time. With every main course there was a free all-you-can eat salad. We split a large pizza with half king-prawns for dad and half, plain margherita for me, with two Pepsi drinks — for which you get endless refills at Pizza Hut. The reason I am writing this review is for the service alone. It was excellent, a lovely Arab/Middle Eastern girl served us, not only was she prompt and efficient, but incredibly friendly and smiley. London service gets a huge thumbs up from me. Pleasant change from the surly service of Dublin.

I am no fan of Pizza Hut. Let’s just get that out of the way. However, my partner is, unfortunately for me, so I have to go here much more often than I’d like to. I mean, as taste goes, Pizza Hut is okay. It’s just. not pizza. Sorry, I guess as New Yorker I’m hard to please but this is fake pizza. Good for those weekdays you just want to eat your feelings and get a buffet, but I’ll stick with real pizza :)
