This is my local Pret to the office and I would agree that the seating is limited. The service more than makes up for this though as they are super fast and friendly to boot. The Christmas sandwiches always make me smile and the hot chocolate with orange syrup reminds me of a Terry’s Chocolate Orange so I usually stop by for one of these once a week. The Pret ethos is lovely and they are one of the only sandwich chains that has always given their surplus to the homeless. All in all a great place and I will miss it when I move jobs next year.

It’s your standard Pret, reliable and consistent but this branch gets kudos from me for (a) rescuing me from terminal grump after I’d flounced out of Villandry round the corner because is been ignored by the staff at the takeaway counter for far too long, (b) having mad ninja skillz that somehow shifted a huge queue of breakfast-​hunters in double-​quick time (it looked like pandemonium, all shouting and chaos but before I even knew what was happening, I had a coffee and delicious fruit&fibre muffin bagged up and in my hand, and was sent on my way), and © the incredibly polite, patient and efficient way they dealt with the outrageously rude, shouty and demanding be-​yatch who was unleashing hell for no discernible reason at that time in the morning. She was out of order so they deserve Top marks for customer service today.

Das ist eine nette Kette wenn es um Kaffee, leckere Sandwiches, Baguettes & Co zu fairen Preisen geht. Diese Filiale hat leider nur draußen ein paar Tische um genau an der Straße im Verkehr zu sitzen, was erstaunlicherweise niemanden stört. Drinnen kann man nicht sitzen. Naja dafür ist nie etwas ausverkauft denn es wird immer recht schnell nachgefüllt, und auch wenn viel los ist muss man nie lange anstehen. Also ich finds lecker!

I love this place, I go here before work in the morning to get either their porridge or pain au raisin which I just love to the max. the staff here are really friendly in here and even when it seems packed you always seem to get served very quickly.

Very impressed, stopped in to grab a coffee on my lunch break and when I walked in the line was five people wide and about four or five people deep. A lot of orders before mine! To my surprise my order was taken in about 30 seconds of me walking through the door and I had my coffee about 55 seconds after that. Not to mention it was a very nice coffee. To all the staff working here your the reason for my five star rating. With about 6 or 7 tables outside I would 100% recommend this coffee shop to anybody in the area.

Toute petite boutique mais qui propose néanmoins tout le choix habituel des Prêt à Manger. Avec un personnel charmant, efficace et souriant. Ouvert et bien achalandé tôt le matin pour le petit-​déjeuner et au-​delà de 19h le soir, c’est appréciable.

superficially, this is a Pret like any other.
Actually, worse: very few seats available inside.
What is fascinating though, is the amazing speed of service. Racks are constantly replenished, lines are short, when I briefly left my seat, rubbish was taken away within 3 seconds.
Great shop.

Every time I’ve come here, the staff are friendly and the coffee is good. Consistency gets those 5 stars !
