Came here one weekday for a quick lunch. It wasn’t very busy so I thought I’d be in and out pretty sharpish. I ordered the hummus starter(lovely flavourful and fresh hummus with a delicious red pepper tapenade). I also ordered the spaghetti bolognese(the light salad option). Unfortunately, this was lacking in any kind of flavour. The sauce was boring and thin, the meat was bitty and not proper chunks like a good bolognese should be, and the side salad was pretty sad looking — just some dry chopped leaves, cherry tomatoes and dressing from out of a bottle. For £20 I was expecting better. To make matters worse they were having severe problems with their card machine. Not great when you’re trying to have a quick lunch! It took 4 tries back and forward with the remote card machine. What was annoying was that the server was sorting out other people who could pay in cash whilst trying to fix the card machine, which slowed things down even further. I wouldn’t come back here.

Nice environment, good service and decent food! The chicken on both pizzas was a little dry, but we enjoyed our meal!

We passed by this place many times and it looked warm and tempting. So yesterday we decided to try it. And thanks god we did. We tried the Lobster Pesto Pasta, penne arabeiata, and the honey cheesecake. Everything was yummy and cooked with love. But the Lobster Pasta is an exception. The lobster is phenomenal, tender, juicy, and so tasty. This was the best Lobster Pasta I’ve ever had. I didn’t like that I was so excited telling them my opinion and that I’m so happy with the food while they didn’t show and excitement or response. Only a cold smile. :/

Just off busy Oxford street, nice place to eat if you happen to be shopping in the area. Good service, nice food. Had the bacon/chicken/avocado salad there today at lunch time. Nice building for a prezzo — has a bit of character to it and you can see the pizza oven at the back with a live flame which is a nice touch. Tip: get 1⁄3 off with a voucher from their website(or if you have tastecard its 241).

Hubby and I decided to try this place since it was close to our hotel and it recommended. When we got there, it was busy but we didn’t have to wait. We ordered two pasta and two desert and it was all just okay… Service was also just very average, which left me feeling disappointed since this restaurant was recommended. I personally don’t feel it is worth seeking out if you are looking for good Italian.

Restaurant was nicely designed and very clean. It was also relatively busy for the time of day, so we decided to stop here for a late dinner. As for the food, we only ordered a couple pasta plates and I thought the pasta was good, but only average. I probably should have ordered a pizza instead, but didn’t notice the large pizza oven in the back until after placing our order. Service was good, price was a little above average, and food was just above average, hence the 3 stars from me.

After I did not get a table at Goodman I walked around in Mayfair and then decided to go for some Italian food at Prezzo. It’s a neat restaurant, with pleasing background music and nice service. I was one of the last guests and got my wine, my pizza and later my dessert quite quickly. The pizza was really good, the profiteroles as dessert as well. The wine could have been better, but it was okay. I only wondered, that I did not get a napkin with the dessert, after they took away my napkin I got with the pizza. But anyway, it’s a delicious and for this area actually quite cheap option!

I went here for dinner yesterday with 5 other people and enjoyed it a lot! I love Italian food and with all the many(Italian) restaurants London has to offer it is sometimes hard to find a good one. The restaurant itself is really cozy and has a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and our food was served very fast. I shared a pizza and pasta dish and tried the pizza’s which my friends ordered and I thought they were absolutely delicious! Nice, fresh pizza’s with good flavour and there was a nice variety of some unique pizza’s on their menu, not the typical ones you see one every other menu. For dessert we shared there chocolate cake which was absolutely to die for! It would have been better if it was a bit warm though, so next time I go I will ask them to do so. O, and share it, because it’s quite rich and too much to finish by yourself! We ended paying 80 pounds for the 6 of us, all having a main course, one bottle of wine, and 3 desserts to share so that’s not bad. Definitely going back here!

This place is amazing. The service is good, the food is top notch. I had the chicken panini with frites. Everything was freshly made. The frites were perfectly cooked. The chicken was well flavored and had a nice crunchy breaded. This is the best sandwich I have ever had. The quality of the food is unbeatable. I came here for lunch and it was pretty busy. I can definitely understand why. This is a little pricey, but the food is worth every penny.

A nice and affordable place in Mayfair, especially with the 50% off food bill with Tastelondon. It can get quite busy at lunch time though so I would recommend to book. The service is friendly and the food is the typical Prezzo food, good enough.

Prezzo is such a great place to stop and eat for lunch after walking London all day. They offer the typical dishes that you would see in any Italian restaurant. Also they have some really yummy Minestrone Soup!

If you find yourself at the arse-end of Oxford Street, the bit near Marble Arch, then you’ll be hard-pressed to find somewhere decent to eat. Thank god, then, for Prezzo, which is the perfect place for lunch or early evening meal. Like most Italian restaurants they offer a wide range of pizza’s and pasta’s all cooked in their brilliant oven at the far end of a beautifully designed restaurant. The calzone’s in particular are very good as are their desserts. Service is okay, could be better, but it is always polite if not as quick as it could be. Price wise it is very good, in line with other pizza chains of lesser quality and as such it is very much recommended.

Nice quiet place, with fresh pizza-oven baked pizza. Other items on the menu are also good, but the pizzas really stand out, and rival those of Pizza Express. Even though the calm, quiet and secluded atmosphere of the restaurant, I suggest getting a take-away which I was surprised that such a place does. When one purchases a Pizza to take-away, one receives another free, which is really worth it in my opinion, living round the corner.

Prezzo is located just around the corner from Selfridges and one of it’s main benefits is that there really aren’t that many good places to dine in that area. There’s fast-food joints for those who don’t care what they put in their system and there’s some expensive ‘Celebrity Chef’ restaurants for those with money, but for the rest of us choice is slim. Prezzo also benefits from it’s great Italian food which is served at a great pace and in lovely surrounding. The dining area is stretched out towards the open kitchen, with it’s large wood stove, and the restaurant is never short than immaculate. The menu is as you’d expect from an Italian restaurant, a range pf pasta, pizza and some main dishes. It is not over-complicated but, having been there on several occasions, what they do they do so well — full marks to the Clarrissa Calzone which is simply gorgeous. Pricewise you can eat for under £10 and wine is reasonable. The service is the only thing stopping the restaurant getting 5 stars as most of the staff speak English so poorly that it’s hard for them to understand you and vice-versa. They are a bit slow off the mark, however, they are extremely polite and never intrusive. I’d definately recommend this little place if you find yourself at the far end of Oxford Street after a fierce shop and know i’ll be back there soon myself.
