Hmmmm. I think I must respectfully disagree with the original reviewer on the pizzas here while accepting that it probably comes down to taste. The pizzas here are reasonably cheap, with the £2.506 inch pizza being the most noteworthy. But that’s not much use if you’re not a fan of the pizza served here, which in my experience majors on indifferent toppings, mountains of molten cheese and doughy bases. Sometimes that might be what fits the bill, but it you like your pizzas thin, cooked in a wood-fired stove and your toppings sparing, I’d recommend Pappas Pizza across the road.

At one point, whenever we wanted pizza and were skint, we’d go for Red Planet Pizza every single time. You can guarantee they always have great deals and deliver to your door within 30 minutes. Perfect! The deals are really fantastic — 2 for 1’s, set deals with juice included etc. The choice is also pretty good; there’s everything on the menu here from tuna pizzas to veggie pizzas to chicken tikki — yum. This isn’t Dominos but it will do. Domino’s can be a little pricey so you should always make sure this place is your first choice for cheap and friendly food.
