So let’s just lay this out: waxing is one hell of a thing. It’s not the most comfortable or dignified experience at the best of times so anywhere that can put you at ease gets an immediate high five.
Riddih and her ladies are always super awesome and nice. They never suggest treatments you don’t need and won’t do a treatment if they think it won’t work — ie if your hair is too short for waxing, they’ll tell you. The staff turn over is a little high for whatever reason, but I’ve never had any issues.
They run a system where if you prepay via a voucher system, it’s always cheaper which is always a plus.

I had booked leg waxing and eyebrow threading in advance, but they didn’t show up until after their opening time so had to wait 15 minutes for the wax to warm up. It was well over an hour from when blmy appointment was scheduled to the time she was actually done.
Then they told me the threader wasn’t scheduled to come in that day. Why did they let me schedule a threading appointment then?

Although the salon is based in the basement, it was very clean when i walked in. I came for my massage and manicure and pedicure with two vouchers i had purchased. Both treatments were done at a high standard. The lady who did my massage was amazing! It was by far one of the best massages i’ve ever had. The lady who did my mani/​pedi was very nice and presentable. I really enjoyed the services and will be returning as i’ve now brought another voucher for the wax. If you’re looking for a salon with reasonable priced services with experienced therapists then i’d strongly recommend this place. These girls are lovely.
