By now I’ve visited 3 times. The food is great, with meat is the speciality, south African style, and cooked perfectly.
Reasonable prices and friendly environment.
Great choice for carnivores and et all.

A good steak is reasonably hard to find in London, which I thought was pretty weird since everyone’s all crazy for Angus steaks and Scotland is like 5 minutes away. So my expectations were also reasonable when I went to Roxie’s, and they were easily exceeded!
The menu has a real South African influence with biltong and boerewors available as sides, or part of the meat platter to share, but we went with a single course of steak.
I was stoked to see garlic prawns as a steak topper, and also ordered green beans and hand cut fries as side.
The steak was perfect, cooked exactly as we asked and such a nice cut! My mouth had a small party.
And best of all, the price was right. We’ve been to Hawksmoor (which is excellent) and paid over £100 for two. We ordered more food at Roxie’s and the total came to under £60!
Excellent steaks, excellent menu! Great service and a great price!
