Terrible, terrible service.
Like many before I was foolishly wooed by the 50% off colour offer. The stylist (Emily) was rude and distracted the whole time, and seemed more interested in talking to the stylist next to her than what she was doing to my head. She didn’t explain what she was doing at all, and for someone who has never had colour put in their hair this was very disconcerting. The end result was nothing close to what I asked for, and had I not been so put off by the staff I would have gone back and asked them to re-​do it. As it stood I went to another salon to get it fixed, and had a much more pleasant experience.
They also tried to charge me extra at the end for ‘treatments’ that she’d apparently put in my hair which I definitely hadn’t agreed to. After making a fuss they agreed to take these off, but I still ended up paying over £100 for a lazy hair cut.

I saw an advert for Rush offers of 50% off your first service, So I thought of giving it a try. Service was ok but I didn’t get the hairdresser that I originally booked for. Instead they gave me a stylist who didn’t seem to know how to cut hair! I asked for layers and a side fringe instead I got a chopped bob of two different heights and a blunt fringe. So upset I’m never going back there EVER again! :((

Got good service from my stylist who was very pleasant and chatty but unfortunately after two cuts she left. The staff are always friendly and offer you a drink and I was happy to have someone actually listen to how I wanted my hair blowdried. Make sure you ask for the price before you have your haircut as it varies massively depending on what «level» of stylist does your hair and the upper levels are quite overpriced for a very standard salon.

Ok haircut — nothing special.
The stylist had bsolutely no knowledge about the L’Oreal mens hair colour range promoted as a service on their website. Even when other staff were asked nobody seemed to know so not helpful at all.
Was ok as I got the 50% discount but wouldn’t pay the full price for hair cut that had to be redone at another salon as scissor over come (mens hair cuts) clearly is not their speciality.
Disapointing

I had a cut blowdry and colour here when they had there colour sale. It is well worth it. I saved a fortune and it lasted for ages. The only moan was the misunderstanding in that they dont tell you when something is going to cost more. I had summer highlights but was not told that i would need an extra 5 streaks which would cost more. However they did deduct the cost when i queried it.
