The staff here are great, friendly guys, attentive, open thinkers. Great! The food is good too! Almost every week theres a different dish and great variety(about 10 different dishes in total, about 5 change each week). The prices are good, and the grill has the potential for some tasty meaty kebabs. HOWEVER, and this should NOT be overlooked, ATALL. PLEASEREADTHISNEXTBITCAREFULLY: ALERT, ALERT, ALERT There is a food hygiene and safety problem. If your from the area you know it already. The things iv seen, or people have told me, i cant really say here cos itl be obvious who i am BUT, be warned iv heard a lot of similar stories and from RELIABLE word of mouth this is a place with a food hygiene problem. ALLMYFRIENDSWARNEDME, but i was fine for about 5 visits through a year period. Then i got serious food poisoning from there eating some chicken and then to my SHOCK the more people i told the more have suffered from the same thing. One person told me a policeman needed the toilet once and came back and said to the manager After what i just saw there i could have you shut down Another friend said they dont wash their hands after the toilet, they just splash water on. Another friend said its the most filthy place you can ever imagine, they handle coins and money and cook your food with the same hands, quite standard in London yes, but to serve my food, no. To any Shandeez staff reading, im sorry i had to say this but seriously you need to realise as well that word of mouth goes a long way and you need to look after your customers. Youre great guys, great staff, good prices. But you need to wash your hands and respect the food hygiene standards. One thing people dont realise about me is you dont mess with my food, if you cook it then God bless you, thank you, seriously, but if you mess it youre just being a little bitc* and i dont like that
