Shot Espresso

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff… Full of Italians, during the summer and they’re always fun. Get there for an apéritif, add £3 and get lots of tasty food, all you can eat.

Fast service, good staff and great coffee.
I only came here twice while in Fulham, but both times were excellent and took me to Flat White heaven.
It’s an intimate shop on a quiet side street but not so far from the beaten track as to be not worth the trip.
There is a broad selection of treats to accompany your coffee and outdoor seating.
Definitely worth the trip.

Love this place. Whether it be before work coffee or a chilled friday night aperitivo this place is the goods. If you’re looking for good coffee in the West, Shot has you covered! The Aussie barista makes a perfect flat white! I bring all my antipodean visitors to this place to get them their coffee fix they’ve all been craving since leaving the coffee mecca. They also have a great range of cakes, pastries and sandwiches.

The barristas are the best I’ve encountered. They remember your orders and even your name. Mike the owner cares and gets his hands dirty.
Apparently they have a restaurant in Parsons Green too, which I am keen to check out.

Shot Espresso is by far the best espresso place I’ve ever been to! The staff are very friendly and they make you feel welcomed. The food is delicious too! Definitely recommend this to all my friends.

I love this little place, I would live here if I could. It’s a tiny little Italian café with gorgeous pastries and quiches and most of all, aperol. It’s situated on a little cobbled street so I’ve spent many an evening sat outside in the sun, feeling like I’m on holiday rather than 2 minutes from my front door. Aperol spritz is popular (and very well made) here so it’s rare to walk past without the whole outside area full of bright orange wine glasses.
They do aperetivo too, sooo worth the visit. There’s a (very) small charge I think (not fully sure as it’s always just included in the bill with your drink) but it’s no more than about £1−2 per person, and the food is all you can eat and really gorgeous, fresh and flavoursome.
There is only a small outside seating area so you may have to be patient, but it’s worth the wait and if the weather’s nice it’s just as pleasant standing.
Shot is linked to Ice and Slice over the road too, who do Pizza and Gelato and is another of my fave places. A really lovely combo of cafes.

When you look at Shot Espresso from the outside, you don’t expect it’s going to contain an Aladdin’s cave of food and drink within. But my God, am I happy we went in.
We initially just went in for a drink and to have a chat, but after seeing the aperol spritz drinks and being told that they come with an all-​you-​can-​eat buffet essentially, well, how could we not?
They had little sandwiches in crusty baguettes, pasta, olives, potato salad and everything else you could possibly want for lunch. And it was ALL good. I didn’t try one thing I didn’t love, and considering I’m a bit fussy sometimes and I piled my plate up, it’s an achievement.
The staff were friendly, chatty and extremely helpful, explaining what each thing was before we took some. They also were restocking the food with different things constantly so every time you went up, there was something new and exciting to try. Amaze.
Next time I’m in the area, I know where I’m heading. This is one place where a five star review is well and truly deserved. YUM.

Serious coffee guys running this place — been there 3x now and barista recalled what I ordered my first time in. Attention to quality seems important here and this is reflected in the top quality Italian and other available products. Best coffee in Fulham; best on London — maybe ???

For an area with so many Antipodeans, there is not much in the way of excellent coffee in Fulham. Perhaps that’s changing, because Shot Espresso makes one of the best espressos in London.
Don’t be turned away if coffee is not your thing, or if real Italian-​style, thick hot-​chocolate doesn’t do it for you — this is some of the best «here made» food around. There are Italian sandwiches, hot food, and delicious cakes made from the finest ingredients to temp any foodie. And if you’d like a drink, you’ll find that too.
Perhaps quality food and drink is not enough for you, perhaps you value the friendliness of baristas, or the attention to detail in a café’s decoration, or maybe it’s just «the vibe» you’re looking for — in any case you won’t be disappointed here.
