While not the most luxurious, this spa has a very peaceful and calming feel to it. I’ve been a couple of times and will definitely go again many more. Mainly cause great value for money compared to other similar places.

Very disappointed. They lost my booking and offered no compensation for wasting my time. Shame was looking forward to using them. Won’t return.

This is one of the worst spas I’ve been to. I was given a gift voucher as a birthday present. I thought the place had closed, as anytime I called to book an appointment the phone was never answered. After a few months of trying I finally booked an appointment. The place needs a makeover, when I asked to use the toilet before my treatment I was led to a main changing room area and had to walk past people getting changed just to use the toilet. The beautician talked and talked all the way through the treatment. It was like talking to a salesmen as she just went on and on about this product and why I should buy it. Never again!

clean, tidy, uncluttered, friendly. The lunches could have been tastier. First experience there was superb, from registering to saying goodbye. It was a treat I gave my partner a treat, it was gratefully appreciated. You do meet some interesting people at these place, I know it sounds bizarre, but its true. Enjoy.

Before anything, i would like to admit that I am no spa expert. So take this with a pinch of salt. I found spa London a nice experience to break the routine and forget the stress of our daily lives. It is very easy to pass 3 hours there from sauna to steaming room, from tepid shower to icing water. It is quiet and relaxing. To me, it is the ultimate hangover plan for a Sunday. But my little disappointment was there was no jacuzzi or the tiniest pool. This can make it potentially boring, unless you are a sauna geek like me. Prices range from 20 for a one off, although a lot of discounts and plans are available, including monthly unlimited for 60.

This is a «public sector day spa». The first one in England. Can the public sector do luxury? Well yes, apparently so! And it’s done beautifully and affordably. There are plenty of options from basic sauna and steam room on rotation to special treatments and with the option of fruit teas and fruit flavoured water and even just fruit you’ll feel refreshed and hydrated at all times. It’s spacious and stylish and the facilities are brand new; it’s a particularly amazing deal for students. They’re serious about relaxation here though and can be a bit stern during the booking procedure! I went in a large group and it was a perfect birthday treat. Make sure you find out what days are available to you as only single sex admission is allowed on most days(although on Sundays it is mixed).
