At the edge of Covent Garden, far enough away from the main hustle an bustle of CG but close enough that you are not walking for ages.
We came here on a Saturday afternoon and it actually was not very busy (I think this is because it is just far away enough to not have the main crowds). Service was quick. They have the usual offerings and, good thing with Starbucks is its ability to cater for dietary requirements e. g soya milk, etc.
Not very big serving area so can imagine it would get uncomfortable here if it did get too busy.
Usual Starbucks offerings on refreshments even though smaller size.

This starbucks has a nice interior, and they do serve quite good coffee and hot chocolate, BUT the staff are so rude that it councils out any positivity that I had towards it.
The interior is nice, with calming, good taste music, and it is well kept. It can get busy around lunchtime, but on the whole it is rather calm.
The drinks are good, especially the Mocha in my opinion!
But then, the staff. It took me about 5 mins before they would serve me (and there was no queue). After that, it was another 10 mins before my order was served (and it wasn’t busy at all). And then they had the nerve to complain to me that I didn’t give them a tip!
They do let you use the bathroom though, without being a customer, and there aren’t many public conveniences to use in covent garden.
If you can withstand bad service, then by all means come here, otherwise, I advise you to travle to another haunt!
