Having read the previous reviews, I am not convinced that they relate to the Subway on Charing Cross Road. I went to this branch today and was most impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My sub was fresh and tasty and served up with a smile. The café was clean and tidy. What more can you ask?

This was the worst experience I have had at a Subway(or any sandwich shop for that matter). Horrible service. They were out of every single type of bread except white/Italian. They were out of many of the toppings. It wasn’t crazy busy and the staff were not apologetic, rude, and had attitude. We didn’t even complain; I just asked if they had more peppers. They didn’t. The brown sauce was the consistency of orange juice. Disgusting.

A poor example of a subway store — and its not really a Store. Its basically a glorified roadside café — its completely open and doesn’t look very clean. Staff are rushed, and rude, and I would not go back again. There are better subways in the area.

My Colleague above has basically summed up this Subway! Its was horrible ive had subway a few times and found it quite nice but after this experiance from eating it in this subway i will never be eating it again! I had a bad tummy the rest of the day!!! Its exposed out on the street open air not an actuall shop. didnt look very clean thinking about it but we still went ahead and eat from there which i strongly regret now and everytime i walk past here now it makes me feel sick! So i strongly recommend you NOT to go to this subway!

The sUbway I am about to review is the one that is actually in Leicester Square and is exposed, so it’s like a bar. I usually eat subway alot and do actually enjoy it. However eating at this Subway actually put me off Subway for life. I think it was because of the environment, because it is exposed and is literallty just a bar there were pigeons flying around, flies everywhere it was terribble. Dispite this my colleagues and I still purchased food here and regreted it later on during the day when our stomachs started to act up. Fot those who do not know what Subway is about. It is a sandwich bar where you make your own sandwich. you firstly choose the kind of bread you would like, then decide if you want it 12 or 6 inches long. then you choose the filling and decided if you wud like it toasted with cheese and etc then you choose what salad you would like in your sandwich. It a great idea really and the sandwiches are usually quite nice. But I do not recommend this subway in leicester square.
