I’m a big fan of TempoPilates, and became a regular after a Groupon offer. I went to weekly classes to help me prepare for the Paris half-marathon, and although I’m a beginner, the instructors(I’ve had Michael and Gina) really work us and push us! I’ve become stronger and more toned as a result, and my improved aligment and suppleness has really helped with my runninng — which in turn helps with my figure! I don’t just do this for my health, you know ;-) I look forward to booking my next block of sessions soon.
