Clean and organised store, that is very full!
The store is always well stocked, sometime maybe a bit to well! The fruit and veg is always fresh and the flowers I’ve brought here last weeks! The staff has always been very polite to me. Only issue is the shop is small and very full. When packing is underway it is VERY cramp…

The staff at Tesco Express West Hampstead are very rude and on several occasions I have witnessed them arguing with customers (I thought the number one rule in retail was the customer is always right). I’ve also heard some bad tales from friends, family and local neighbours. It’s strange because in a lot of other Tesco Express supermarkets they seem to be overly polite with all the Hello, how are you sir and Have a nice day but at the Tesco West Hampstead Express branch it feels like they go out of their way to be rude to people. I don’t shop here any longer and advise others to do the same.
