The British Luxury Club

So I came here as the hired friend of a girl for her 20^th birthday party. Because you know, she was so awesome and rich that she didn’t have to bother to develop a personality to make real friends.
In spite of this being a birthday party, the door staff were inexcusably rude to my friend. He mentioned that it was his birthday (it actually was) and wanted a discount from the 20 pound entry fee. The hostess’s response? I don’t give a shit. Classy!
Moving on to the music and the actual club itself. I was really disappointed. I remember this place being fun and the staff really friendly and that the music was good. But then again, I did come here after imbibing a bottle of vodka. So as I took in the atmosphere sober it realized that this place is really boring, the music is crap and the staff are as pretentious as any other members only bar.
After being bored to tears for an hour, I resigned from my rent-​a-​friend duties and left. I’ll be sure not to return.
Oh and FYI, the Big Brother treatment that I received the last time I came here was apparently for security measures and not to make me a member as I was told at the time.

This is such a nice place to go if you can get in. It is pretty hidden and you have to know that its there otherwise you’d walk right past it. Its exterior is pretty unassuming and there isn’t a line to get in. If you’re not on the list or with a member, they’ll send you on your way.
The interior is intimate and very modern including the Swarovski crystal bar that sparkles! Drinks are expensive £11-​ish, but I’ve never had a bad experience here.

hi, i wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. rude stuff, doorman (i have seen how he pushed people). the club itself is beautiful. music is not my type, its more for people who are completely drunk, or on something else. i have been there twice, cuz thought ok first time it can happen but second time it was even worse. i cant call it elite, cuz i have been in many prestige clubs and i have never seen something like that what i have seen in blc. drinks are ok as in every club.

This has to be one of the West End’s top night clubs! Open until 6am this is a non stop party venue!
If you are a fan of minimal/​techno house then this is the place for you. I have spent many an evening (ok morning!!) in this extremely elite venue. Be warned it is supposed to be a ‘members only’ venue but from what I can see if your face fits then you are a member! So make sure you dress to impress and fill your pockets with a load of cash. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it!
