I sometimes come here with colleagues on a Friday afternoon if I have to, as it’s 20 seconds from my office.
What it has in convenience, it lacks in atmosphere.
It reminds me of an airport bar unfortunately, due to the lack of music most if not all the time, and a certain «X-​factor».
The main redeeming feature is that the outside area is part of the Broadgate Estate and is pedestrianised so its convenient to stand outside when it gets too rammed, but yeah, I really dont come here unless it’s monsooning and all other pubs/​bars seem too far away!

This is an OK pub despite being in an all new building. It the summer glass walls are somehow opened on to the pedestrianised thoroughfare and you can enjoy jour sherbet al fresco. They have three ales and the usual lagers. It’s not a destination pub, you use it because you work around here but it’s an OK place to chew the fat with your colleagues.

Nicer food than most other City pubs. Also better selection of beers (Pride, Discovery, Peroni, ESB, krieks and more) and 9 ciders. Aussie girl was very nice and gave us free Lamingtons. They are doing some special meals and drinks for Australia Day like ‘roo burgers and redskin vodka.
