Decent enough pub. Looks like a spoons from the boards but it isn’t. Still as cheap and also sells some decent ales. Sports always on in the background which can be a hit or miss when you might just want to head their for a quiet drink. Food was ok, big healthy sized portions but typical greasy pub grub. We tried ordering some other dishes but most where sold out, it took three attempts before we were lucky to get something they had. (Visit — 31/​01/​2015 Lunch)

This pub used to be great. I used to come in everyday, despite living quite far away from it. Now, not so much.
It’s full of teenagers, orange people and simpletons.
The food quality has dropped noticeably and the majority of the staff haven’t got a clue how to pour a pint or, smile.
At weekends they have a Toilet Attendant (in a poor attempt to prevent people doing drugs) who insists on talking to you while you’re trying to have a pee.
No longer my local.
