Though the Hub is centrally located in Regents Park. I think that’s all it has going for it. Good bathroom facilities. It’s warm inside. Home to showers for all the athletes around the local fields. But it easily gets overcrowded. The food and drinks are overpriced for very mediocre quality. Probably the worst hot chocolate I’ve had in this country. You’re better off heading off to a café on the outskirts of the park.

The Hub is built on top of a mound, and the lower level offers sports facilities and shower and changing rooms. I went here several times in the summer to watch amateur cricket with a friend. It was great fun, and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. When it got too cold, we got coffee or hot chocolate to enjoy outside on the grass. The inside has a great view over Regent’s Park, and is just gorgeous at sunset. The food is ok, a little overpriced for average quality. But you’d have to walk a fair bit to find another cuppa.
