The Invisible Dot Ltd

The Invisible Dot is well named. Nearly easy to walk by, tiny on the inside, a dot on the map of things to do in London.
But you should not walk by this space. You should come in and see a show.
This spot prides itself on excellent and intimate comedy and theatre nights. And when I say intimate, I mean it. The whole space is basically a tiny warehouse, with a few rows of seats right up against a small stage. Whoever you’re seeing that night, you get to be right in front of them, whether you want to or not.
We saw The Horn Section here (a six person jazz band who tell jokes and do little comedy scenes, and they are amazing), which meant that I got to see both comedy and music, and both are fantastic. The acoustics are crystal clear but not so loud that they hurt your head.
Prices can be a little high for a venue this small, with tickets averaging out at about £15 a pop, which is more than I’ve paid for west end shows. There is also a bit of awkwardness, like trying to get a drink at the bar (which can be very cramped when everyone is doing the same) or the two bathrooms are right next to the stage, so it;s very disruptive if anyone has to go during the show. But beyond that, this place is a gem and not to be missed.

Lovers of live comedy, this spot is a little gem. I really, really enjoyed my evening at the Invisible Dot!
As MaryAnn Z. said, it’s a really cute location. Essentially, it’s just a room in warehouse, with a small stage at the front and a basic bar near the entrance. It’s quite cozy and intimate, which is great for smaller shows.
My advice is to get there well before your show, as seating is limited and there were plenty of people standing in the back.
Other than that, I have no complaints. The show was affordable, hilarious, and they had local Camden ales available.
I’ll definitely be back for more laughs in the near future :)

If you like live comedy, you’re probably at least vaguely familiar with the Invisible Dot. I think this location is new, and the room is used to put on smaller comedy shows. There is a small bar near the entrance so you can enjoy some Camden hells while laughing your ass off. The space is really cute and minimal and overall just a really enjoyable room to see comedy in. Good sound, comfortable, plenty of room to squeeze in some extra people. The only negative is the fact that the loos are located directly next to the stage, so go light on the beer during the show or else it will be a very obvious shuffle to the toilets.
I definitely can’t wait to go back for another show.
