This pub is in true Ye Olde style, with lots of ornaments and paraphernalia strewn around. Tir Na Nog means«Land of Eternal Youth», and I’m quite sure that Tir Na Nog the pub goes out of its way to make sure its clientele are happier than two ten year old boys with a 50cc motorbike. The menu is very Irish but there’s nothing wrong with that and you can expect large portions to boot. Get yourself there and you’re bound to meet someone from Ireland, but don’t expect to be well-received if you decide to start dropping the Paddy jokes: true Irishmen probably don’t take too kindly to it. There’s a good selection of Irish brews too.

Ti Na Nog is a celtic /irish theme pub on Garratt Lane. It’s really near GJ’s and is almost the completely opposite in style and theme from the aforementioned pub. If you’re a football fan you can watch the odd Celtic game at this pub too(they have Setanta and Sky Sports). There seems to be lots of locals who go back to this little place time and time again. It’s a friendly, cosy little pub, nice for a quiet one on a weekday out.

This is a great pub for a few pints of Guinness. They serve one of the best pints of guinness that i have had outside of Ireland. When Whitbread were still brewing guiness over here the owners had the foresite to import there guinness from ireland. Anyway enough about the Guinness but its very very good. I lost a many a night in this place. They show Irish sports on the T.V.‘s there. It has reasonable prices they do 35ml measures, the staff are friendly, quick and always have a smile to welcome the customers with. Over all great pub well worth a visit and trying outr there guinness.
