Incredibly slow and dismissive service. Woman who was cleaning the counter rudely barked at me to wait because she was with a customer. (No sign of a customer.) Two other customers arrived and she shouted at them for waiting in the wrong place. Had to be helped out by a woman who seemed to come from the juice bar, but was more interested in reading the paper. Cold latte. Piece of fruit cake was stale. £5 for the two. I wanted my coffee to take away in a paper cup but sat down to eat the cake — in the shopping centre seating — hardly salubrious, but I am 30 weeks pregnant. I was charged 50p by the aggressive and unpleasant woman who works here. Don’t waste your money here — go to Costa!
