Utopia

This is my first review in internet and the worst customer experience in my entire life! This shop doesn’t deserve even a single star. The young lady who dealt with our refund was absolutely impatient. She seemed to have a very bad day and we were the people to share it with. Our only request is, If there is a Manager in this shop, or an authorised person, please do train all your employees how to treat a customer.

I’ve never been one for inexpensive, trendy or throwaway fashion but Utopia helped me out when I was in a pinch. A pinch involving uncomfortable footwear that made my feet bleed. I needed some inexpensive shoes. I was grimacing in pain and near chapel market. I went into Utopia paid 5 pounds and bought a pair of black (I only wear three colours, maybe 4) plimsolls and experienced great relief. Utopia does on trend fashion at comparatively low prices. The store is small but has an upper level shoe department. All in all, if you are into trendy fashion at an inexpensive price or need cheap shoes because you are limping as though you have been in an accident. check out Utopia!

I have only given this shop one star, yes, but I wanted to mention it because once in a (long) while you will find a really well made, interesting piece of fashion here. I found a pair of summer shoes here — they had wooden heels, an off-​white toe/​heel/​strap with lightly painted red, blue, green and yellow flowers drawn on them. Ok — so they might sound horrible — but they weren’t — honest. I noticed them in the window (I’m always on the look out) and wanted to try them on. Unfortunately they didn’t have them in my size and were not sure if they would be getting another batch sent in. I couldn’t buy them and I still think about them to this day.
NB They do not take credit/​debit cards — I think it may even be cash only.
