Victorinox is very expensive but their products are great and very durable. The store is very nice and the service good. It could be a bit faster at times. However I brought my 5year old cabin luggage with a broken handle to the store and had it send to the factory and repaired and send back to pick up at the store 4 days later, no questions asked. That’s great service to me.

I got Matt B. a Victorinox Swiss Army watch for our anniversary. It was on Gilt for a great price, and the watch is beautiful, classic in silver and black with minimal ostentation. The only problem was that it was too large for Matt’s lovely wrist. As we were celebrating our anniversary in London, we were happy to discover this Victorinox on Bond Street. The store is sleek and pretty, in keeping with the Swiss Army aesthetic — glass, metal, two easy-to-browse floors separated by a single staircase. We took in the watch, and the staff was more than happy to help us. An employee had Matt try on the watch, and within ten minutes or so had it back to us, ready to wear and free of charge. While this happened, I sneaked downstairs and picked up a Swiss Army knife to replace one Matt had recently lost at an airport. There was a large selection of colors and shapes, and I found one that I liked. There was one employee downstairs, and she was friendly and very efficient. I was able to pay and hop back upstairs in the time it would’ve taken to use the bathroom. Overall, solid wares, great customer service, and nice store. No complaints.
