Very disappointed with these guys. Booked months in advance for Christmas lunch, sent countless emails and left voicemails trying to organize pre-orders and deposits, only to find out 3 weeks before Christmas that they had decided to no longer open. A gentleman I’d been dealing with named Ryan blamed it on «troubles with emails and phone lines» and didn’t even have to audacity to tell me they were no longer opening, but palmed me off to his colleague. He had previously told me he couldn’t take my «deposit» because they were changing banks and he would phone me to collect next week. That call never came. Overall, left a bad taste in my mouth. For this reason I will not be visiting your establishment.

West 36 isn’t for everyone but it’s a great little bar and eatery that has its own character… The upmarket décor is offset by the edgy alternative staff who are friendly and very polite(don’t let their blue hair and all black attire scare you) some may say it’s cramped but I like it… The food portions fit the price range and is cooked perfectly every time… I would recommend their Steak and Eggs for a good lunch and their Chicken is amazing…

A friend of ours loves this place so we decided to check it out. The place looks very cool both inside out out. Very modern deco and quirky ornaments everywhere. We went at midday and there was a brunch menu and roasts on offer the group we were in went for a mixture of the brunch choices and the beef and pork roasts. The roasts were pretty good, although my beef was a bit more rare than the medium I had asked for. They serve them on chopping boards which look cool but to be honest eating off them is a bit of a chore. The brunches looked ok but no better than other places we have been too. The service was reasonable they curdled my widespread coffee and tried to tell us that always happens which was strange. Also the lady serving us seemed a little stressed… I’m guessing it’s still new so they are finding there feet a bit.

Chill modern vibe from this unsuspecting restaurant in Westbourne. The upstairs area has comfy couches as seats to eat. Some people don’t like this because it makes it harder to eat. They have many pillows to solve this problem. Really good pork roast. Excellent sides like greens and cheesy cauliflower. Where they lose marks: they don’t know how to make a soy latte. They said it was normal for it to curdle, umm normal to who? Their roast beef was on the rarer side of medium rare. Brunch food were ok but nothing to write home about. Overall they have great ambience and décor and great roasts.
