After a change of ownership a few years ago, the pub has improved drastically compared to older reviews. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and always great entertainment, plus good food and decent prices!

This really isn’t the nicest of pubs and attracts the Millwall football fans meaning that it is very much a ‘lads pub’ who get quite protective over their team. The prices are very cheap and the landlady is a bit of a character who I would imagine must be pretty hardy to cope with the motley crew who come in here! I went for one drink here and left as the crowd were becoming very rowdy and it wasn’t a pleasant atmosphere. I little too rough around the edges for my liking. You need to be quite brave to enjoy a drink here!
