Their black tea is of excellent quality. We bought some flavoured black tea and organic Earl Grey(125 g packets for 5£). The packets are beautiful as a gift, but they are expensive. In this shop you can also buy glassware, teapots, infusers, etc. Everything what makes tea lovers happy. But the accessories are quite expensive. The shop is small and the service is friendly.

Stopped in to buy a souvenir tea cup. This store really is packed to the brim with tourists. The line was so long and there was barely any space to move around. However, they have some endearing tea cups and some tasty tea. I should have bought a box… or two. Shame shame on me.

Yikes! Hello tourist central! Popped in after work to get a tea pot and some mugs for my tea-monster of a boyfriend and to be honest the experience was a bit of a disaster in terms of being stuck in a TINY shop in a swarm of tourists all trying to work out which English teas to take home as souvenirs. The service was very slow although I’m pretty sure it was the girl on the till’s first day so I can’t be too mean about that. On the plus side I found exactly what I wanted and there is another store just a stone’s throw away on Lower Regent Street which is slightly larger and was, at the time I popped in, less crowded. Expect this shop to be busy at all times — it’s extremely small and they’re in one of the most popular tourist areas in London, right next to Piccadilly Circus. Let’s face it — tourist of local — everyone loves a cuppa tea!
