Lunch Time, Liverpool street! Need something warm and quick to eat without talking the usual simple sandwich! I get in this take away shop called Wrap it up! They have different wraps from different part of the world like Indian, Greek and ohhhh Caribbean! Rain in London so let’s get the sun in my lunch! I go for Caribbean. It’s actually called Caribbean roti! Like the roti you can have in a Trinidad restaurant! I have choice between chicken, lamb and veggie option in 3 different size. I go for the medium chicken roti and I can have a packet of crips and a drink for less than £8 with my roti. Not too bad for a lunch. Take away option as they just have bar chair and it’s quite busy! Back to the office, I eat my roti and Ohhh it was really good. Ok it’s not as good as the real Trinidad roti but it has done the job pretty well for my quick lunch time. I will definitely go back, and might try the Indian or the Greek one(but the Caribbean roti was nice, will I resist to take it again? :)

Always walk past here and their picture ads look appealing. Unfortunately their Indian chicken tikka wrap with mango chutney was extremely bland and disappointing. The staff were nice but food was just so average. Wouldn’t recommend.

The to grab a wrap or burrito in Bishopsgate. Lots of options for non-vegetarians. Their large burritos are really large. Totally worth every penny you pay for it. But I felt the Mango Lassi was weird. It was thicker than the normal lassi and tasted more like melted ice-cream. But I shall forgive them because after all they are not running a drinks business, wraps are what they do and that is good.

Nice place, food is made in a central kitchen then shipped out to each shop in the mornings. Can’t fault it! Great place to catch up with old friends

I needed to grab lunch quickly whilst meeting a friend from uni, I’d just seen Wrap it Up’s appearance on Dragon’s Den and thought i’d give it a go. Man, I’m glad I did! I opted for the chicken fajita meal for £7.50 — a wrap, crisps and a coke. I didn’t need to, the wrap was filling enough on it’s own — I’m writing this now at my desk with a packet of Jalapeño & Coriander ‘Salty Dog’ crisps. Their food is cheap, filling and the staff are outstanding. I reccommend them 100%

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Our food arrived 1.5 hours late, was a cold, tasteless lump and when we phoned asking where our order was were told«on it’s way nothing I can do». When it finally arrived our order was wrong with several items missing. When we asked to cancel our order and get a refund we were told a manager would call us who never did. Avoid.

Really good. Great quality food, good value and friendly staff. Amongst the myriad of outlets, this place stands out.

Oh those long office hours, you need some spicing up at times! Lucky there is Wrap it Up whose chilli could make you cry! Seriously, if someone goes ‘fiery’ on their wrap there would always be some tears in our audit room — I can write more about their chilli sauce which is, well, Spicy. Actually so far — the only one that makes me cry(and I love it). For those of you who are not so keen on running mascara — don’t add chilli sauce but definitely have a wrap there for lunch if you’re nearby! Or if you’re out with work colleagues in a pub nearby on a Friday evening and don’t feel like a kebab. Seriously, even for me it looks fairly healthy(that is if you don’t add rice, cheese or potatoes to your wrap)! If you ask — they can customise it for you, even if what and how you want it may not be on the menu. I love their Caribbean roti with fiery tandoor chicken and salad — my personal invention. Both are very, very authentic and extremely delicious! The downside is their ‘medium’ size, it should be called ‘small’ in all fairness. And they always offer you to increase it, but that of course is up to you to do!

Top Burrito but if I want a change from mexican beef there is also peri peri, chicken, vege, wraps etc etc etc. All freshly made by a couple of dudes in t-shirts beavering away in the side of the little glass walled hut. Top notch for lunch

‘Meh’ just about sums it up. I was there on a weekday evening when I was running out of inspiration and decided to settle for what looked very much like fast food. There was one counter staff who seemed unhappy about having to bother with customers. Food was doled out unenthusiastically and I got a half-heartedly wrapped Caribbean Roti with curried Chicken with a potato & chickpea mix. Good fast food is the kind where you don’t feel unhealthy eating it… Wrap it Up didn’t meet that criteria for me, could have been the average food which felt like too much carbs or the bland service. Either way, I haven’t been back since…

As takeaway food goes this sells something excellent. It is healthy low-fat filling and tasty. Service was slow because of three staff only one was working hard to shift the queue whilst two youg ladies dawdled.

Yeah… it’s ok. I had the Indian wrap with chicken and the chicken was actually quite tasty and the spicy sauce was actually spicy. But I wish the overall wrap would’ve been a little bit more wholesome. What I mean by that is this: the wrap contained three things — chicken, spicy sauce and loads of white rice. Overall this is 2.5 portions of carbs(wrap + loads of rice), plus 1 serving of protein(meat), but no vegetables whatsoever! I mean, come on, Indian cuisine is so rich when it comes to flavourful vegetables(like dal, for instance, or saag aloo), so why not replace some of the obsolete rice with some vegetables?

Wrap it up is a deli wrap bar opposite Liverpool Street Tube station, serving everything, in yes you guessed it, wraps, and it’s a cool alternative to your lunchtime sandwich. All the fillings are inspired by different countries and are listed under their continent of origin, and once you’ve chosen, you can have them in either a flour tortilla or a roti. They also do soups and salads, but if you’re coming here you should really try out their wraps! I’ve popped in for a quick lunchtime snack on numerous occasions and my favourites are the Three Bean Salad wrap served in a spinach tortilla and the Piri Piri Chicken one that I like to have in a tomato tortilla. They’re all really cheap, under a fiver, and if you want to fill yours with a particular favourite filling, extras are only another 50p so you can pretty much design your own. For what is essentially fast food, they taste really good and although I wouldn’t call them healthy they’re certainly fresh and a good option for when you’re sick of sandwiches. It gets very crowded in here at lunchtime, when all the city people pile in, but luckily the non-fuss service is fast and you can be assured a super quick snack.
