Not the most reliable service and prices are quite high relative to the quality of their shirt cleaning services. They should use more starch on the collar and sleves but when the service works, it’s fast. Pick up and return within 24 hours. They aim to pick it up with in a 30 minute range but sometimes they come early, sometime late.

Not reliable — Not only they missed the pick up and drop-​off schedules a few times, they did not follow/​missed the instruction as well i.e. Instead of having the shirts and dresses on hangers, they returned them folded. I have to send them back again. I also then found out I have another bag of laundry missing! I have to call a few times to find out and have them delivered to me! Very unprofessional service and definitely not reliable!

STAY AWAY!
So after Laundryapp’s issue with the bomb near tower bridge a few weeks ago we decided to give zipjet a try since we are going on holiday and couldn’t risk our clothes not being returned in time.
UGH, I really wish I just stuck with well basically ANY other laundry service. While the 24hr turn around time is nice and they arrived right at the beginning, I don’t really need 3 txt msgs within 30 minutes.
Now to the main issue– EVERYTHING was folded and tossed into the laundry bags which means 2 full bags needed to be steamed and refolded– it took hours! I was really unhappy, and have reached out to customer service but due to the bank holiday have not received an answer. Also, there was some weird spots on the whites which makes me question just how clean everything actually is (most of it was blacks).
I will NEVER use this service again and cannot recommend it to anyone else. It is sad, being from NYC we had great laundry services but it seems that London is quite lacking.

Took a week to get my laundry back. Was meant to be 24hours. Over charged me by £19 and haven’t given me the balance of my voucher on my account
They later resolved this situation to my satisfaction.
