Food was amazing! Had the boar Pappardelle and a pizza, both were great, nice olive oils on the table too. Great wine selection and affogato was a perfect finish. There sorbet and dessert selection may bring us back. Ambiance was decent, it is located in a «mall» but still a great place to eat.

Harmless chain-style Italian. But perfect for a casual bite to eat. Service was pleasant. Food(we had pizza and pasta) was yummy. I had to return a glass of house red(it had been open too long), but the waitress was wonderful and bought out a new glass promptly and without complaint. Recommended.

We went for a dinner at Zizzi at 8PM in the evening on Thursday attracted by positive reviews here. The food was quite good. However, we had to wait for it for almost an hour, which was disgusting. Got a 25% discount to the bill after expressing our disappointment to the waiter, which of course doesn’t compensate for the fact that the place, despite having nice food, is not right for the prime time. At least until they get more cooking capacities(we figured out there is only one pizza stove for such a big place with quite a few tables to be served.

We dropped into Zizzi because Nando’s was closed inside the One New Change centre and boy was I glad that was the case. Zizzi is your typical strada/pizza express/vapiano experience which in no way hinders it from elevating the food to something special. The strength of the food isn’t so much the quality, but the little touches, like the extra garnish on a plate of breadcrumbed seafood. The seasoning and corgette shavings. The same with the amazing calzone. They could have stopped at folding the pizza in half, but instead go the extra distance of topping it off with parma ham on the top. The calzone is giant with tons of filling without loads of liquid inside you often get because of the fresh tomatoes! The still house lemonade was just as good as nandos. Finishing off the meal was gelatto. You’re allowed to mix and match which makes a great share dessert particularly after a gigantic calzone. In all it’s simple italian food, but it’s well portioned, delicious and more dishes include the extra touch that show you somebody put their attention into the finish product that made it to you. I can’t fault the service either which was attentive without becoming overbearing. As a result this is one of my favourite italian chains I’d gladly pick over Nandos 4⁄5 visits.

Once again, Qype has managed to delete my entire text so here we go again. I was at One New Change shopping centre today for a little off time and decided to go for lunch at Zizzi. Last time I had been to a Zizzi branch was just before graduating from uni. Not much on the menu sounded exciting so I asked for a slight change. I asked for linguine with courgette in butter sauce and added prawns(instead of the ricotta balls). Eventually, I was not even charged extra for this. To drink, I had a diet coke which was served with a ice cold glass. That is what I call service. It was quite busy at lunch so if you want to go during a busy period it might be best to book — also if you want to use your Tastecard. Lots of people were saving money on it today! Overall, this is a good place for lunch or dinner if you’re around St. Paul’s or shopping at One New Change. The staff was very friendly and the food good. Give it a try!

Can’t get enough of this chain so now working my way through the different branches. You can’t go wrong with Zizzi’s, great menu, great service, great wines. Never have I been disappointed here. The Calzon PIzza is to die for by the way … mmmm! Think I need to revisit! Glasgow here I come!!!

A very nice place, with some really great food. In fact, it’s probably one of the best Italian pasta I’ve had in a really, really long time. Also, the Il Sidro cider was very delicious even though I’m not usually much of a cider drinker. The reason I dropped it a star was because the server seemed to ignore us for the longest time, which wasn’t very good because we were on a time crunch to grab a train.

A friend and I were visiting London from the United States and were walking around St. Paul’s Cathedral looking for a place to eat. Wandered into the shopping center and thought Zizzi looked good. We had such an enjoyable evening! The ambiance was lovely — very creative yet soothing. Food was delicious — full of flavor and just the right portions. Our server was attentive and had great suggestions. Wish it could be imported to California! I’d be a regular!

We had a really great meal. Food was fresh and very flavorful. Excellent service. I had the ravioli; my husband had a pizza. We were very satisfied with our meal and our service.
