A great village post office right at the centre of Sutton Bonington.
Like many village post offices the Royal Mail has restricted what Sutton Bonington Post Office can do (So no passports etc) However there is still a lot here and its so much more convenient than having to take a 20 min bus journey to Loughborough.
The postmaster is polite, friendly and helpful. The post office is clean, well presented and acts as a hub of information for village life.
The post office also sells exclusive hand-​made Bonington Bears which considering they are hand made in the UK are very good value for money. For £25 I bought a lovely 15 cm tall bear (sitting) called Cherry
As well as there bears there is a range of hand made jewllery, confectionary, gifts and other essentials.
