This tiny pub located on the crest of Lymm village centre is probably the village’s most underrated places. With most of the local high school students preferring to drink elsewhere the Bull’s Head tends to attract an older clientele. This allows the place to revel in its traditional values of comfort and quality. The real fireplace and polished brass fittings give it that classic country pub feel, which is amplified by the decent selection of real ales and welcoming staff. However, if a quiet drink is what you’re after you might be disappointed. Due to its small size it gets full quickly and thus can become quite noisy but this never affects the generally social atmosphere. This is simply a traditional village pub where old English standards are upheld.
